I know back in the day you could just post in bbv/4life or the marketplace and someone would jump at the opportunity for like 20 bucks or something.

Was just wondering if I was allowed to post it in the general marketplace forum?

Is it time to have a rail section for people who scammed. like have a "rail thread" for payback/whatever in it.

dont think it really matters if they actually pay back. the option should be there to put a thread up. It could be like a whole "negative feedback" section of the MP instead of in this thread.


Could have guidelines for posting titles/OPs/whatever. Like, have a title with the "scammers" name clearly typed in it would be good. much rather look through a section of the MP like that for scammers than look in this huge thread with a ton of extra crap i dont care about.



Instead of people continually bumping this thread with long convos/agreements it could go all in that specific thread. that way, i wouldnt need to read it it would just be bumped and i would see the scammers name in the title all the time. also, can put "resolved" in the title to show its over and done with. seems like a much better way to keep track of everything.

Ah ok, so like a subforum where every person makes a specific thread for each individual case right? That's a decent idea imo.

Hash, please read the FAQ. You need to be a member for 6 months and be in good standing before applying for marketplace approval to start your own threads.

I think it will be nice to create some sort of sub-forum here at the marketplace for people to open threads about scamm stories, and post all the posible info about the scammer..It will be a lot eaiser and fast for all the 2+2 comunity to go through that information before getting into any staking deal or invest of BAPs and avoid getting scam...Let me know what u think about this.

I hope this doesn't fall under derailing. But why is someone with 2 (or more?) accounts that are clearly trying to get pms for the MP not banned? Sorry I know you guys run the MP very darn well given what all you guys have to do. If this inappropriate to ask, sorry. Just kinda curious gt.

i'm from US, and originally deposited w/ mastercard. now according to MC policies, they don't allow withdrawals. i was looking to withdraw some funds and dont really know how to go about it.

is there a forum/thread where people would do this? (ie send check/cash to my address and i xfer funds on pokerstars).

obviously would not be opposed to paying a fee to the assisting party if necessary

Edit- It'll be your own thread and that way people can respond specifically to your requests. Where as if you post it in the zoo it can easily get missed since there's a lot of traffic for it to get lost in the fray.

Unless I misunderstood his question, NO. Sounds like he's looking to trade cash for site funds - the transfers thread is the place for that, not the marketplace.

He's looking to get it from the poker site to regular cash. I think I asked one of the MP mods, maybe gt (can't remember), if you could say I want X poker site for (insert bank) cash. Like I have 50 on pokerstars, want 50 on Wells Fargo. He said Mike Haven would be the one to ask (I'm sure you might know too Bobo obv) but I digress.

It might be easier to get it instantly from like a netspend or greendot card that way it can be instant and I'm pretty sure (not 100 percent) they can't get reversed like on paypal. A good person to ask about those would either be "nsynclover" or "nlnut". I've talked on and off w/nsync he(?) seems like a reasonable person and would likely help you with any questions the website can't.

This is what I thought you were suggesting -- that he get marketplace approved, start a thread looking to buy moneypacks, and "cash out" in that way. That's allowed.
