Im going to come straight out and tell the truth, The full tilt poker account Metfan4590 is under my brothers name (sean ripp) I was underage when i first started playing poker and he would let me play on his account every once in awhile, So when i signed up for PTP a few years back(when i turned 18 if my memory is correct), I made Literalgenius once i was of age. Now my brother sean is a professional poker player and i could consider myself professional/ but semi-pro would be more suitable. I am in no form a MAer and would be willing to send you a photo of myself and pictures of my cashier to prove to you I am literalgenius, You can find pictures of sean online while he played at borgota events. I was stupid when I was younger and just wanted to play. since then i have lived with professionals and have gone upon poker very seriously. \

I don't know this 100% for sure but I'm thinking the answer would be no - mostly because of problems with the age of who you are selling to and the laws in which they reside.

Just looked it up and it's expressively illegal for USPS shipping, and not allowed for Fedex/UPS (you're supposed to be a liscensed distributor in order to ship, but it's not illegal) but it would be possible if you lied about the contents and packaged it well.

Not saying I endorse the idea, just trying to get some facts out there

Calvin has a similar thread in the Points forum. The only difference is you're expressly saying you would buy for resale. I don't see why you wouldn't be allowed to purchase points often from members, but of course its at your own risk.

Ok well I'm ready to place my WTB thread. Please let me know if this is a final decision on having to go in the Commercial Marketplace. I have been PM'ing people selling and seem to be getting a lot that way, but I'd rather have a thread for it to keep it well organized. How much is the Commercial Marketplace? If it is expensive I probably won't go to the Commercial Marketplace since PM'ing sellers seems to be working fine. .

I would try emailing HEM and asking with an explanation of why you dont want it etc. If it's never been used they might work with you
