Hi,

After much discussion in the mod forum we have decided that the sale of these items won't be allowed in the marketplace.

Hi, If I were to be scammed or owed by somebody is the only thing i can do is leave negative feedback in the sticky? I wish there was a better way so his name would be more likely to be found by other potential backers. Can I start a thread somewhere about him? If so, where at?

Tx alot.

TX for the PM.

A lot of backing is done on other sites and I just basically wanted the backers who don't use 2+2 to be more likely to find them. Like Google searches etc..

Recently I have noticed many threads asking for poker houses and WSOP places to stay. Would creating an "Official I'm looking for a wsop house/roommate" thread be a better way to sort the clutter? Normally the random location threads don't pop up much but lately there have been plenty of threads asking about different places so maybe those could be consolidated in the official "Poker House" Thread or something. Just some thoughts.

I just started "working" for a watch dealer. Its all based on commissions and I do it in my free time so I'm not sure if its considered an "ongoing business venture."

I have some access to great watches and I have a great and reputable medium to sell through. There is an official website, we have a merchant account, ebay account with thousands of perfect feedback, tons of references.

I'm knowledgeable about the subject and feel there is value to be added to the site. These watches come at great prices and it is a safe way to purchase them. People on the site will feel comfortable.

Thoughts?

Looking for someone to act as an escrow in a deal with another 2p2er. Any suggestions on who to ask/where to look?

Thanks

Sounds like you've found something you like, so congrats. Unfortunately, that doesn't sound like something for the Marketplace.

Ok, thats fine. I figured it was worth a shot. But even though you've made your decision please read the watch thread in EDF. There are numerous posters asking about legitimate places to buy watches. Most are confused and unknowledgable about the subject. Like I said, theres value to be added there.

On my phone, can't post link. The amount is 775 dollars and is for cubs cardinals tickets. The thread is mine titled "cubs tickets" on the first page of the marketplace.

When ppl consider staking other 2+2ers do they take PTR as fact because TBH my stats on PTR is no were near the amount of hands I have played 2NL and it shows me to be down money overall.

If this is the case theres little chance I wil get staked.

As long as you have a good story. It seems like you're a winner at 2NL regardless of if all your hands are tracked. I think you're bigger issue is going to be convincing a backer that you're not going to take the stake to 3/6 SH.

Ive PMed Bobo yesterday and confident in getting a reply, just was looking through this thread to see if my question was answered here. My question was about WTB: Sharkscope accounts /sharing them/buying searches. Any answer on this yet after the mod discussion ?

As JBL stated, you are clearly a winner at 2nl, so you will just need to convince them that you are trustworthy. Every backer that you apply for a stake will consider PTR stats as long as any graphs/stats that you provide them with from PT or HEM. Don't worry too much about PTR.

I think its a very good idea but opens up so many avenues for problems. Again there is a high risk factor.. what if you send the funds and then the person with the CC doesnt purchase your item? Its pretty much like staking in a way ... you can easily cut out the middle man and just purchase the items yourself surely? with visa ? or use your own CC?!
