looking for a HU or PLO coach, basically a "beginner" in both but have a pretty strong foundation from MTT play imo so looking for something that can help me win consistently in one of those games. American player so would have to be on one of those sites. Hey Im a 50-100HUNL reg on stars. Also a 7.5BB winner for my last 100k hands and I think im slightly more lifetime(lost stats updating from HM1 to 2, around 9BB i think).

I've played for a couple of years now, mostly NLHE 6max cash, SNGs and MTTs. Always micro to low stakes, but I really want to move up as quickly as I can afford.
I haven't had the chance to play incredible amounts of volume like most of you have, but I did ok.
I have put a lot of effort into studying on my own and trying to learn from watching videos, watching others play (online) and HH reviews, but I feel that I do need a coach to work on my game.
I'd be particularly interested in a developing a plan and possibly build something for the long run (training wise), meaning that I would be looking to get a long term coaching plan. I don't know if this is something that could be done or even if someone would be interested.
I could also settle for a few sessions and a follow up session now and then.
I have been around the forums for a little while, but never actually posted anything, so I'm not sure if someone can PM me. If not, I'd be happy to explain my background and my goals if you drop me an email.

Hi, my name is Jeroen.


I'm a 24 old university student from Brussels, Belgium. I have been playing poker for 3 years now.

I started playing SNG's with a buy in level of 3 - 16 $ (9, 18, 45 and 180 mans) turbo / non turbo / rebuys.

I made a profit in these games, but I rather play cash games. (You can sharkscope me if you like Jerrevc (Pokerstars)).



I have played 10 NL - 50 NL mostly 9max (Full ring). But I mostly play 25 € NL.

I'm beating these games, but I’m having trouble moving up in stakes and being less confident in my game on those stakes (50NL+).

I have win rate on 25NL of 7.4 bb/100 on a sample of 50k hands. I know it's not a 'huge' sample, but it gives a good idea that I am winning at these stakes.

When I'm playing (fast tables), I play between 11 - 18 tables at once. When I'm playing ZOOM tables, I play the 4 Zoom tables + 2 or more normal tables.

I play live poker as well (50 NL€ - 200 NL€), where I'm also a winning player.

But I prefer to play online, because it's easier and faster and I can play from home, instead of going to the casinos and staying there all night.


Goal:

Now I'm looking for a successful cash game coach (pro or semi pro) for a long-term (up to 1 year) staking / coaching deal for full ring (9max) and / or 6max starting at 25 NL.

We can talk about the staker’s % and the player’s %. Since I'm already winning at this stake, it's not a huge risk for the staker.

Off course the goal is to move up as high as possible in stakes, off course with permission of the staker, so I can become (semi) professional poker player within +- 1 year.

Since I only have to write the experimental part of my Master's These, I have tons of time to spare. I want to invest this time in my poker game and really put in some hours.

I can communicate in English, Dutch and French. I'm motivated and eager to learn more about cash game, and I can fully focus myself on this staking / coaching deal.

Normally I play on Pokerstars, but I'm willing to play on other sites as well (Party Poker, Ipoker,...) if the coach is more confident of me playing on another site.
