I am looking for a coach for FLHU, I am playing lowstakes. Rake is pretty tough there but opponents are pretty weak so should be possible to beat the crap out of them.

I can't afford to pay ammounts like $100-200 an hour so hopefully there are some upcoming coaches who would like to do it for less, perhaps also for training themselves as coach. Let me know if your interested! I was thinking about spending app. $25 an hour.

I am playing poker for about 6 years and FLHU for about 1.5 year slightly profitable/break-even so would like to lift my game to the next level.

Looking for a coach with good results and good references/reputation.

I'd be interested in my upping my game for MTTs mostly, buy-ins $26 to $250. My initial idea is to have a meeting (skype, phone, etc) a few times a month and go over some hand histories from both coach and myself alike.

PM me if this applies to you.

I currently beat 200nl FR for about 2ptbb.

I'm thinking of getting coaching. But I hadn't decided yet whether it would be worth it. I've had a database review(not FR) which was totally worth the money and one (six max)coaching session from a huge winner at higher stakes that wasn't worth really anything.

I feel like I've watched a ton(literately massive amounts of videos) and understand most theoretical concepts and also have a really decent hand reading ability with just a few spots where I'm not really sure of ranges.

But I continually spew because I overestimate my opponents hand reading ability and ability to fold, or I just tilt very easily and put money in the pot when I get frustrated/tilted(bc I'm a perfectionist that makes mistakes which is most days).

So what would I focus on in a coaching session? Are there any reasonable priced psychology coaches/good resources? Just looking for general advice, or people that had experiences with coaches that helped them.

I play primaily plo8 hu sngs on ft. I am currently ranked #2 on sharkscope's total profit leaderboard for hu plo8, but feel like i have some leaks, or maybe my opponents do that i can exploit more using OM.

My issue is that i am clueless with how to use the software .

I am in need of someone (a winning omaha player who uses OM (preferably plo8)((proof required )) who can walk me thru, set up hud's, explain the different stats/ranges, and explain all other in's and out's of the program.

Please contact me via PM if you feel you are qualified, along with whatever else you may want me to know (including cost of coaching).

Thanks,
Ken

I am currently looking for someone on the east coast (I live in Connecticut) who is interested in taking me on as a student. I have been playing for 31/2 years and seriously for 2 years. I play $!/$2 and $2/$5 stakes at full buy-in. I will sometimes play $5/$10 at a private club but usually short stack that game. I have been keeping good records of my play and will send screenshots to anyone interested in looking at my cash/tournament win rate. Briefly, I am averaging about 40k a year since keeping track of my stats two years ago. I play 30-40 hours a week which includes a mix of cash and tournament play. I am in the money in tournaments 38% of the time and have one major cash in a WPT prelim. at the Borgata. However, while I make many final tables, I seem to bust out around 5th place and really not near any real money most of the time. I obviously want to improve this. I also want to play more high buy-in tournaments, but need to plug the leaks before I'm comfortable doing this. Right now, I play anywhere form $100 to $500 buy in tourn. As for my cash play, please let me send you screenshots of graphs and stats. Thanks. Please email me at jbcoffeyjr@gmail.com

Hello.

Decent low-mid stakes NLHE full ring player here...

For fun I like to open up and play micro-stakes FIXED limit 6-max of all things.

There's something just not right postflop going on. Im up a bit at 0.10/0.20 but break even with FPPs at 0.25/0.50.

I see regs at this stake pulling in 1 or 2 PTBB/100 and I can't quite pinpoint what it is that they are doing that I'm not.

Anyone have time to do a sesh with me at an appropriate price for 0.25/0.50?

TY

Looking to trade my services as a 9 man SNG or MTT SNG coach for NL Cash Coaching. I am currently coaching for Team Moshman and making videos for Drag the Bar. I specifically want a NL Cash coach who can help me focus on 6max NLHE at the NL50/NL100 level on either regular games or at Rush poker.

PM me to discuss.

hey guys I'm a decent MTTs player looking for coaching. I play 4/180s and some micro mtts. I'm looking for some good coaching in which you share some of the profits. I did increase my bankroll to almost 7x at 1 point but have a slight swing right now. Ps name eatmarkers ft name bigslickstick1. I'm just trying this out and a bit skeptical of finding a coach tbh.

Looking for a 6-max NL ($100) coach. I recently switched from mid-stakes limit to NL. I don't have a ton of hands yet but I'm probably break-even or a small loser.

I am looking for more than a coach I am looking for a mentor. Someone I can work with that will take me from slightly losing to winning play at Small Stakes and will follow up me up through the ranks at least 1/2 NL.

I play poker as much as 20 to 30 hours a week but can reasonalbly dedicate 10 to 15 hours consistently to studying learning, and playing. I am not asking for a staking but would like to create something other than just a "fee based" coaching style. Maybe something like a profitsharing arrangement. Something that will be based off of my winnings, in the long run this will cost me more but I'm comfortable with that as long as I am growing and moving forward in my poker carreer.

I have been playing poker for about 2.5 years consistently have played 10NL up to 50NL. I play almost exclusively full ring. I have a 1K starting bankroll. In some ways I am a total newbie. I am not very familiar with Holdem Manager/ Poker Tracker although I have HEM on my computer.

I am a blank slate looking to grow into a consistent winner. I promise to give this 110% if we chose to work together. If you have any other questions please ask.

All the best,
Jackie

Hi,

I have looked through the coach listings thread and i cant find any listings on this topic.

I have had the worse past 5 months, running 130 buyins below at nl100 an 20-30 buyins below ev at 1/2. I have been living on rake and i can now see my game and confidence slowly going down the pan. Like anyone playing the game full time I have had good and bad runs and had minor tilt issues which i overcome by switching off the laptop. In the end varaince has normally sorted itself out. I am now left feeling deflated and an upset after each session. I expect the worse and it seems to be comming true, i have taken time off and used coaches to work on my game. I have moved sites, stakes and everything i could think of to make a change. To avoid living in the past 15 days ago i got a new laptop, made a new database, got a new nickname and scheduled hours of work an study. 25k hands later I'm 2300$ down in ev and running just as bad as i have in the past. I am looking for a coach to help me overcome these feelings, help me with the tilt issues and negativity that i have created in my mind and then to help my game get back to how it used to be.

sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum and before the trolls start i'm not looking for sympathy but i want to find a coach that can help me overcome the feelings so i can give it one last chance before i walk away and call it a day.

Hi - I am looking for a profit sharing coach,

On the 18th of June I have a month in which I can play 50hrs/week. After this month I can play minimum 20hrs/week. I am looking for a coach that believes in himself as a coach and as such will accept payment in my winnings. I play 6max uNL (5nl - 25nl).

I will be starting with my own funded bankroll of $250 on full tilt. I play 4-8 tables and have lots of time. I would like somebody that will coach me during this time and accept payment as any profit I make once my bankroll exceeds $500. So if at the end of the month my bankroll is $1k, you get $500. If you believe you can coach me into a winning player there is profit to be made.

eg. if you can turn me into a 4bb/100 @ 25nl 4 tables, thats $4/hr with 2.5$/hr rb = $6.5/hr = $1040 (given ~100/hr at tables)

So $540 to be made if you can turn me into a 4bb/100 winner.

If you can make me an 8bb/100 winner, that's $2100, and $1600 profit for you. I'll most likely place highly in my rake race, and could make more there.

I am flexible and willing to work with a coach interested. I am a very co-operative person. I am a fourth year student studying electrical engineering so I have somewhat of a brain

Have a mic, skype, teamviewer, hem, working internet connection etc.

If you contact me I will expect a winning PTR with recent graphs to backup your skill level and experience. If things go well I will be happy to continue profit sharing 50/50 in the months following.

Note: As a bonus if my winrate exceeds 10bb/100 at 25nl after the month is up I will give you every cent I earned that month (rb included). So any coach that can turn me into a 10bb/100 25nl player will earn every cent over $250 in my account.

10bb/100 4-tabling for 200 hours @ 25nl

= $2500 profit for you at end of month + rake back race money

PM me if interested, or if you have another idea in mind, I am extremely flexible and simply want to become a better player. (Willing to do some sort of escrow payment and also a backup payment if I go busto or something like that...)

Good 200nl+ players generally charge $150+/hr, so you might want to lower your standards slightly.
