What do you do on your "study session"?

Hi everyone!

I wanna start to make post-session study, 'cause I read in many topic that it's important.

But what I have to do to eliminate my leaks?

I start to review my last sng and mark hands where I feel unconfident (but often I make it in-game already).
Then I post it here.

What else I should do to improve my study session and my game?

Study is generally very overrated.

Get yourself a guided program/course, study maximum 90min a day, but use that time well. Learn fundamentals, this post-session analysis is bs unless you know WHAT to look for and HOW to find a mistake.
