I registered for PlayWarren.com to learn some Open Face Chinese. They charged me $50 to sign up. They state they have a refund policy that I can get my money back within 24 hours.

I signed up and started using it, and it's clear it's a scam (or just some product he never bothered finishing). The rare times it works, it gives horrible advice. Usually it tells me to set my hand like this:

Points: -1.00
Foul %: -100.00%

I have emailed several times to ask for a refund and received no response. I am out $50 and have received a worthless completely unusable product.

It's been about 3 weeks since the first email, and the website says all refund requests will be honored within 24 hours.

I too have been scammed by this site. I asked for a refund and got no replies. So I got my credit card to reverse the payment.

okay, so call your credit card company / bank and dispute the charge

don’t waste your time trying to get refunds from scammers when disputing it gets your money back and hits them with a chargeback fee

Dont buy that ****, they are ****ing scammers and software is useless, asked for refund just after buying and got no response, also they do recurrent payment mother ****ers. i just noticed by accident after 3 months. i will try bank thing for reversal but i doubt that i get back something

Damn, I got scammed by this as well, wish I had seen this thread first.

There are many bugs with the AI tools, often providing questionable advice, errors, and it's very cumbersome to even input hands.

I immediately emailed several times with zero response back. I just saw a recurring charge today even though I thought I only signed up for one month.

After calling my credit card company they provided me a refund and opened a case against the merchant.

AFAIK, Tri is legit. He co-authored Let There Be Range with Cole South, which may have been the most sought after resource back in the day.

Just coming here to reiterate, don't buy this trash. The product doesn't work and if you email him trying to cancel he will not cancel your subscription. You will need to dispute this transaction every single month.
