Great, not only do we have paranoid extremists in here, but now we have ******* extremists. Two wrongs don't make either of you right...

Changing the thread title, this is all that is happening from me. If you have any concerns about this issue, PM a red moderator about it.

Why would you change the thread title to "Resolved" ChicagoRy? Did Casper and all the other people who got scammed PM you and tell you they got refunds from CardRunners? Because I don't recall them posting with any sort of resolution.

I assume if people were still unhappy they would be voicing their concerns.

Jim said they refunded a **** load of money in here, I haven't heard any actual scammed people complaining. I just see you trolling the crap out of Stox/CR everywhere I go.

So basically, you don't KNOW that these issues have been resolved, you just took it upon yourself to change the title. Did it ever occur to you that if someone sought legal advice the first thing their attorney would tell them is to stop posting on internet forums?

You have no proof that these issues have been resolved, and you pro coach bias is showing again IMO.

I've actually spoken out against a lot of CR-Stox related things recently.

If you ever have anything of meaning to say, go right ahead. But consider this a public warning, trolling this issue any longer will result in a ban for you.

I've seen you posting too many nonsensical things related to this all over 2p2. The derailing of a user that was actually scammed out of their money and trying to say it could've been worse (and linking to the Ho thread) made no sense, as people here seem to have been paid six figures for whatever happened, and that user did not receive a penny.

It's just stuff things like this that really frustrate me when dealing with you Bronx.

If you want to post in here in a similar manner again, PM me or another moderator first, but this is really the last warning about posting baseless things.

From what I can gather, the only acceptable thing for you is to just flame Stoxpoker without facts, while putting "Jason Ho Student Scams (resolved)" is not acceptable because you don't know if it has been resolved.

I mean, people came publicly to 2p2 to post about this. They interacted with Stox, Stox says they refunded 6 figures, nobody has said boo about Stox screwing them on a refund. If the issue is not resolved, it certainly is on 2p2. I'm not going to title the thread "Outstanding Jason Ho Scams" on the assumption that people are just being quiet privately about this. There's just not any evidence of that, so it would be irresponsible to assume it.

Now if you've talked to people privately that have said this is not over and it's be litigated, fine. But your post looks speculative at best and possibly malicious and looks to be completely opposite of discussing this objectively. If you were somebody that interacted with Jason Ho, we're all sorry to hear that, but make your true intentions clear please so that myself and others know why you're acting the way you are here.

Lol, the thread title finally gets changed after over two months and when this scandal is old news and stoxpoker is being wound up anyway. This was an absolute joke from start to finish. One of the biggest scams in the history of online poker and it gets buried here in one of the least viewed forums on 2+2 even after repeated requests from multiple posters for the thread to be placed where it belongs - in NVG where these scam threads always go.

And don't start saying - "posters are free to post about the jason ho scam in nvg" - this initially was posted there and it got shut down and moved and posters were told that this forum was where the issue was to be discussed, not NVG. Posters were under the understanding that this issue was not to be discussed in NVG - if there were no problems with it being posted in NVG the thread would have been left there in the first place. Why would people post about in NVG now....we all know 2-3 months is a very long time in the online poker world, this is old news at this stage. 2+2 had their chance to show their integrity 2-3 months ago and they passed on it, there is no point saying people are free to post about this in NVG now when a couple of months have passed and when stoxpoker is closing in the near future.

There was ZERO reason to put this thread here other than to bury it. All the work on fixing this scandal was done by stoxpoker on their own forums. 2+2's only involvment was to bring the scandal to public attention, like all the other poker forums on the net did. This was very poor form by 2+2 who acted in the interests of a business partner ahead of their forum members. There is no point in denying, as there is no logical reason why a thread about probably the biggest scam ever in online poker got moved to one of the least viewed forums on 2+2.

PokerStorm,

The thread was put here so that Stox could work with people that lost their money.

I believe *TT* took the lead on this one and he wanted it in a place that it could be dealt with appropriately. I think his concern over finding out the truth and having Stox deal with it appropriately took precedence over letting random people know about the story.

Nevertheless, make a poll in NVG, I'll prop bet over half the users that read it know about the story.

There was also at least one NVG thread about this while it was going on and it received much less attention than here.

NVG is a high traffic forum, but it doesn't mean every thread will get more love in there.

Look at the Stoxtrader issue for evidence of that. It was placed both in HSNL and NVG and the HSNL one got tons more love. If somebody had x-posted this in NVG, I suspect the same thing would've happened.

Note that 2p2 moved it here then did not x-post it anywhere, similar to the Stoxtrader thread. Somebody else started that thread.

Edit: I didn't see that you mentioned everything was dealt with on Stox forums. I was under the impression that a lot of information was received here. *TT* handled that iirc, and he had told me he would address this thread initially when I asked him privately (bc I couldn't answer all the questions in this thread from people that wanted it in NVG) but he left 2p2 shortly thereafter.

Jesus ****ing christ. I'll start a thread in NVG later today or tomorrow if it'll shut all you whiny little trolls up. I'm telling you, this thread has so much photoshop/song potential and all you can do with all that potential is waste it on crying about false conspiracies. So tilting.

To those of you who are downloading old Stoxpoker videos this month:
There is one Jason Ho video still available. It can be found if you skim through all of the old classroom videos. It's an interesting piece. It's interesting to watch this one with retrospect to get a basic idea of his style. It's got more than 50 ratings and about 4 stars average.

Yeah. They present a good storyline that they are refunding money but I went through the whole process with them back in April and even filed out a release in exchange for refund payment. But as of this time I have heard nothing back from them and they do not respond to any email inquires about when things will be settled...seems very strange to me.
