Is this Rake normal?

Hi,
I've just played over 100k hands at PokerStars 10NL with just 2bb/100. Now I realize that I paid over 20bb/100 in Rake.
Is this Rake normal?
Also, I hear that the rake gets smaller when you go up in stakes. So you think I could beat 25NL with the same 2bb/100 since the rake will decrease?
