Last time (just once) villian had AA, so snowing assumes he always had AA. Just ignore the advice.

It's because of the limp.. snowie seems to think limps are strong for some reason and always gives very tight advice when limps are involved multiway

Snowie treats a limp very similarly to a min raise.

Snowie makes the assumption that a limp must be balanced because that is how snowie would approach it.

Anytime you are using a limp, just make it a min raise so it makes more sense.

It's less crazy advice, if villain min raised, you 3bet, villain 4bet, got a cold caller.
