I was playing in a local tournament recently and (off the table) met a few guys who live nearby and would be interested in starting a study group.

My question: Up until now I've exclusively studied independently - reading books, watching videos, playing around with basic math, etc. The absolute basics. With a group of guys willing to meet up in person, what are the most effective things we can work on together? Are there good drills or exercises we can run?
