Playing online to learn/prep for 1/2 live?

I'm a superfish (just started playing 1/2 live NLHE home games ~1 month ago) and I want to start practicing online to learn/prepare for the live games.
The live games are primarily w LAGs and TAGs, with a whale/fish, a nitty player and a couple of bluffers thrown in the mix here and there (usually at least 1 nitty and/or 1 bluffer at table)
Where and at what blinds should I practice (I want to focus on learning post flop play & sizing rn)?

learn from 10NL and you'll crush 1/2 LIVE at casino or home game
if mainly learning for live games, then go at it for full 9 max 10NL
if for both online+live, then go 6 max, this game is more aggressive, much harder than 9max but the norm is 6max nowadays

Just start at 2NL, doesn't matter if it's FR or 6-max, regular or zoom or even tournaments.
Just play what you like most, start at the smallest stakes and build a bankroll by playing and then move up.
All the concepts you'll learn are applicable in all the games, you just have to adjust them.

Anything below NLHE $25 will probably play significantly tighter than almost any live $1/$2 nlhe game. I'd recommend you practice both mass gaming (playing as many hands as possible), as well as playing just one or two tables and really taking your time to consider your decisions. Also make sure to spend time analyzing your decisions in retrospect when you are not playing. Practicing online will definitely give you a nice step up.
