I have never been a poster, I had long break from playing, I used to play sit n go's and was successful at that, but became disabled some time ago.

I started playing again now and switched to cash games, but just keep losing and losing some more. I am not a grinder by any means, I play to fill my days nowadays, I still get to play some 5-6k hands per week.

I have no plans to get into higher stakes as I dont think at my stage of life I will ever get good enough. I just want to be able to play and hold my own somewhat, but right now I can even get to that. I play 10NL cash and to date have played 80k hands and losing 55BI's. Can I really be that horrendous at this game, idk anymore.
I watch many videos I read many articles and just dont feel that I can be the weaker player or that horrendous compared to the standard I see where I play.
I have not got solvers, I cant afford them. I cant afford or justify paying for coaching right now. I dont know any poker people as I mostly dont get out at all. I have begged for some help but never recieved any offers. I dont know what to do now as I just seem to continually lose all the time and the more it goes on it becomes harder and harder to play well.
If there is anyone that can offer me some help for free I would be eternally grateful, even if it is just a little thing. I dont have the resources to pay for help and I am losing sight of how to even begin to start winning anymore.

So if anyone can help me just get some direction I would be so grateful.

If you want to get good at anything you have to be willing to invest a little $ and a lot of time. It is no different for poker.

Modern Poker Theory is a solid book. Runitonce is pretty cheap. GTO+ is only $75. There are a few youtube channels that are decent(many that are weak) Finding Equilibrium comes to mind.

I do have a copy of Modern poker theory, I do watch that you tube channel and a few others. I do invest time trying to learn but my confidence is shot to pieces and Im losing my way and really dont know how to make inroads anymore.

From the ground up by Peter Clarke, its $50.00 and will reteach you the fundamentals of the game that you thought you knew but clearly have some major leaks somewhere with those results. You can buy it off Run it once training site.

one way to study for free is a "pause and ponder" approach: find great content, and periodically stop the video when players arrive in rich spot, contemplating all the stuffs, trying to guess how they will proceed, etc

This really great advice. I did some of this back in the day with my favorite CR coaches. It made my brain hurt and took a long time but was a great way to study.

You can make an improvement without paying a dollar but Is not worth it. Time has a bigger value than money and by searching on youtube for free content, articles, etc you will lose tons of time, and also you will get confused from all that information. This will result to not be able to distinguish what is right for your game and to do things at the tables without knowing the reason. Look at poker as an investment if you want to be better you have to pay if you want to suffer go watch twitch streamers or read blackrain's articles. I would recommend you to check the book of Peter Clark us someone mention above and also scrimizu is a respectable coach you can check him also he realised a new micro stakes book which doesnt cost.

Not to sound harsh but whilst I understand the obvious benefit of getting something for free, if you want something bad enough (as you indicate) then you absolutely should pay for it and I find it odd when people balk at the prospect.

And as the expectation is that you will not only be happier but financially better off, then absolutely you can justify it.
