I've been playing for over 2 years now, both live and online, and in the last 4 months I've been really taking online seriously. I have been studying Crush Live Poker for the last year, and had decent results live before I took a shot at higher stakes being underolled and wiped my roll.

As of late I've been playing 2NL on ACR and have been having terrible results. I feel like I am horrible in 3bet pots, and make bad calls that make me a losing player. This last week I had made somewhat of a comeback and today lost the weeks profits in one session over 3 hours.

I am not sure what to do at this point moving forward. I feel like everything I do to study and improve means nothing.. Maybe having a group or some people to talk strategy with once in a while. Some winning regs at 5NL that could discuss some strategy or something could help.

Any suggestions or feed back would be greatly appreciated.
