I watch a lot of streams but not sure who I should actually try to take things from.

Been watching a lot of Steffen Sontheimer, who's obviously a crusher, but can anyone recommend others? ALLinPAV seems like a solid player.

For MTT there are so many great streamers, Tonkaaaa, Lex, Kevin Martin, Bakes, Arlie Shaban, Fedor, Spraggy and probably more

Cash is a little harder, but BluffTheSpot streams 25nl often, shroomtheriver currently streams 10nl and is a great watch
