Hey lads.

After a decade of donking money online I have decided to look into coaching. Problem is I dont know the best route to take. I think over the last 5 years I have fallen way behind what an average player is so constantly lose now.

Should I sign up to a site first of all and learn the basics? and then look for private coaching? When should I join a poker group? etc etc

Whilst on the subject, which poker site is generally accepted to be the best one to start with? I am looking to get coaching on MTTS $50-$200 range

if you are playing those stakes, private coaching will be a very good investment as it will rapidly save you a great amount of money, time and pain at the virtual felt.

There are plenty of sites offering passive forms of learning such as videos, training packs etc. These are also reasonably good, I still think the best one is probably RIO personally. I'd recommend that you will improve immeasurably faster with private coaching however as it's tailored to analysing your own game in detail and assisting you with your own approach to study.
