I'm a micro sng grinder (4,50 and 11$ on stars) and I will jump to MTT in the future. I want to watch some cash videos because I have some leaks postflop. What are the the best cash games now? Also, should are there any short stack videos?

I rejoined VTPoker after 3 years to see what they had new. The answer is not much. There was the beginning of Negreanu's review of stack off hands from his Isildur match. I also watched his HH review of some random's deep run in the Sunday Million. They had a PLO course by Rast, but I couldn't get it to run on my computer.

I did like the site because the videos are more slickly produced than most and are divided into short 5-10 minute segments. Also, there is some incredible material by Negreanu and Jason Somerville (jcarver). Otherwise, Annette has some decent stuff, but not much else of interest to me.

I cancelled in the 3 day free trial, as I had watched all that I wanted to see. Like I implied, they don't waste their time, which I liked. It has very good material for MTTs and high stakes all games. You could definitely join for a few months and watch all the good stuff.

The coaches, the material on the site, the quality and quantity of the videos and articles etc. I would be using it for both tournaments and cash games.. i'm also curious as to how current and relevant the site is. Are they throwing up old videos that they made or super old hand history reviews. Just curious and would appreciate any feedback at all both negative and positive thanks guys.
I've been a member for two weeks. Im actually very impressed. new videos every day. Good instructors and formats. Only streaming videos but works well on IPad from website. I've only watched Mtt videos, but one video had cash and MTTS on one screen. So far I recommend highly.

Who are the best 4 instructional vid makers right now for NLHE? Haven't watched vids in a long time. Wasn't impressed with Galfonds NLHE vids at Ri1. So who else is on the list besides Sauce?

Thanks.

I looked at PokerSavvyPlus, which used to be one of the best sites. It appears they haven't added anything new since 2010. You can get a full membership by signing up with 2 poker sites through them. It doesn't even seem like you can buy one.

I mentioned before VTPoker, which has some excellent material, but apparently not much is being added to. Some of these sites seem pretty dead.

Cardrunners, Pokerstrategy, and Runitonce all allow you to view 4 minutes samples of most videos for free. I think this is useful, because the videos are too long anyway, and it lets you get a feel for what is of interest to you. I think that 2 minute samples on some sites are less useful.

I think Cardrunners and DeucesCracked have pretty consistently good quality and a wide range of topics.

I know that it has been mentioned here before but if you are considering a membership at a training site, you should take advantage of the free trials that most of them offer.

Get the trials, digest a few different coaches at the stakes you're looking for, and make a decision based off what you saw.

Which sites / instructors have series focused on GTO play?

I checked out PokerXFactor. It was the first site, and their videos were horrible, but everyone joined for the replayer, which was new then. Their videos are still horrible. A lot of stuff like this hand is OK over and over. They also added a lot of low stakes stuff by marginal players. The only good thing is still the replayer, in that a few people still make their MTT HHs public and you can get an idea of how people play.

I went over the samples on Cardrunners. I like Balbomb, even though cash isn't my are, also Colin Moshman and MachtiSochi are good for SNGs. You can do a search and sort by most viewed, and then find the most recent ones that are reasonably well viewed.

TPE or Pocket5s for MTTs? It seems that TPE has like a TPE university (courses) and like strictly Theory videos (which seems very complelling to me). In other words which MTTs site in 2014 to study hard and crush tournaments in this day and age?

A lot of this seems out-dated so I'm just going to ask.
Any good training sites (not too expensive preferably) for SNG MTT's 18-45-90-180
If they have a live section that would be a huge +

I'm just looking for video's to watch mostly. And ofcourse I'd like to learn a lot!

i recommend SNGMentors!
they focus on 180s but a lot of that applies to 45s tho! 18s section is not to huge but valuable content there.
Almost no live play videos (saw 1 or 2 while being a subscriber for about a year). Good thing is they are rlly up to date (around 4-6 videos every day).

I was a member of Cardrunners and BFP over the last years and rlly enjoyed liveplay videos aswell but for me mentors had the best value!

its 99% turbos I should mention, videos last from 15-60min, they have not to many coaches but all of them except one still grind the stuff they are reviewing every day! If u are looking for videos to learn basic concepts from scratch u should pick another site!

greets

There is a site www.crushlivepoker.com geared towards live cash games. I can't recommend it or not though.

Hi, im normally a micro stakes MTT and cash game player.

I play MTTs up to the 20 dollar BI mark and have been beating 25NL for about 3bb/100 6-8 tabling. Previously had a membership with DC but there isnt alot of new updates on micro stakes and most of the videos were made before 2011.

Anyone care to recommend a site with newer or better videos for my stakes? I also play abit of live poker at home games and am thinking about subbing at crushlivepoker, any idea if its worth it?

Sorry to ask, but is this legit?
I have been reviewing all this thread since the beginning (back to 2010) and I found its PokerXFactor or PokerPwnage when it comes to MTT training, does this still remain the same?

While the video and live class content is a priority Im looking for MTT coaches that understands how to teach well.

Any feedback is appreciated.
Tx!
