Actually DC has several SNG series. They have AMT's series "Last Man Standing", "Real Life: Micro-Stakes SNG", "Hitch Hikers Guide to SNG's" & have another upcoming series in the works. As a SNG player I would recommend to at the very least try out the 7 day series & check them out. They also have several excellent coaches for SNG's at very competetive prices.
Another thing their Tournament Forum is very active & most of us that post there eventually wind up on a series or at least a stand alone video. Enough, before I once again get accused of being a shill or some other stupid thing.

By the way all those vids aren't even counting the individual stand alone vids.

Thanks but most training sites have something about sngs and 98% of that is 9man, 9man turbos or mtt sngs stuff. I'm looking for 6max and all I ever get is "well you can open lighter but most stuff is the same". I am looking for a site with a good amount of 6max info, you know someone that teaches it. I'm sure the ICM stuff has to be different. I see sizzlinbeta and dombomain33 do 6max on snggrinders and Kenny05 is on floattheturn but that's it. Any info on them? For all the people playing ^max there never seems to be any talk about them.
I'm just tired of trying to use 9man strategy for 6man games thats all.
Thanks though

can you comment on the videos they have?

I am starting to get back into SNG's and am probably gonna finally pickup SNGWiz, I saw that SNGGrinders has a 3month subscription+SNGWiz deal, you guys know of any other SNGWiz deals with training sites or other bonuses?

Also is PayPal the only way you can pay SNGGRinders, and can you only watch their videos online?

Thanks

SitNGoGrinders has quite a bit of 6 max vids. Bones has several on DC as well that are quite good.

Alright well I am looking to dip in to some training site/sites. I was playing cash only until end of January when I switched to sngs/mtt's. If I had to rate myself I would say below intermediate (ie. I can and do beat the stakes I play at micros both cash and sng but lack something).

Thus far the sites I was looking at:

Bluefire Poker - phil galfond has a very clear and precise way of explaining concepts I liked I worry about sng/mtt content.

Deucescracked - great on price but every search I do for coaches related to this site turns up some drama.

PokerVT - not much info on this site no real in-depth reviews other than one guy saying he had to "unlearn" what he learned from it. Their lineup for MTT coaches can't be touched however and for sngs spacegravy smokes socks.

Price really is not my concern its quality. How clear are concepts explained and taken without becoming tedious. Any recommendations and personal thoughts on these sites would be helpful.

Thanks man, we're working hard on it and it will continue to improve. Yes Andy McLeod and Ozzy87 did make videos for Pokerswat and we will have all of those videos in our library. Unfortunately, their involvement with Pokerswat was fairly limited, Ozzy for example had not made a video in 8 months or so when we purchased the site. So while we'll have the videos they have already made, its unlikely at this time we'll be bringing them in. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I checked out the DragTheBar trial. Unfortunately it was a wrong time for me to pick a trial period since I had some RL things to take care of.

I canceled my subscription before the trial end date, since I wasn't intending to pay for something I didn't do justice to. However I got charged 29$ (by mistake)a couple of days later. Sent 1 email to customer service, and the money was refunded on the next business day.

Sadly I can't comment much on the content since I didn't do justice to it, however their customer service was prompt and efficient.

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, its unlikely at this time that they will be joining us. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.

So who are the best trainers? Looking for 3/6 up to 25/50. Names and what site they coach on would be good.

I've been a member of GrinderSchool for the last month or so and I've been very satisfied so far. It has lots of content for micro stakes players and a pretty good selection of cash game videos, sng's, mtt's, etc.

I'm considering joining Dragthebar, and see that there is a coupon code when signing up - does anyone know what this relates to or have a code to share ?

Thx

I'm a winning low-midstakes (0-$109) MTT grinder. I want to find MTT training videos that go deep into strategic thinking to help me improve my play/move up and beat higher limits.

Any specific recommendations for video coaches/sites/video series?

So i signed up for PokerVT.com and watched the majority of the videos. I was listing to Nick Raineys (mi_turtle) podcast on mediocrepoker.com and he was telling the hosts of the show that when he was doing videos for Pokervt.com he was far from being a winning player, and that he only got asked because he knew someone.

I think its kind of shady that these websites charge a good chunk of money and then false advertise their product.

And before I get flamed for signing up for pokervt in the first place and not leggo, or pokersavvy, i signed up cause they were running a deal for 3 months which i will end once the 3 months are done and to specifically watch Jon Turners (pearljammer) videos.

I don't know of any universal codes that would give you something right now.

Yes he may have knew someone but Im sure the info that he was giving out was helpful and good info. A training site like pokervt is not gonna put out vids that are garbage

Would highly appreciate some help on this.
I remember DC having a lot of 50nl-100nlHU, not sure how much of 200nl though.
