Honestly I may have jumped the gun. I would delete my post but 2+2 doesn't allow you too, so instead I will just eat my words and say that after digging deeper into the course I think there is some valuable material there.

I don't think your post is way off, I actually agree that their material is more on the basic level - which fits beginners well.

I can only evaluate on CORE, but they also have a pro membership, I just know that I enjoyed and learned a lot from James "Splitsuit" Sweeney on YT and on CORE from RCP.

As a beginner, you could check out free theory material from both RCP, UP and RIO.... And decide from there.

I've gone through the Core version 1 and think it's good material.
I am a Lab Upswing Poker member right now, their material is more in depth and solver based stuff that's probably never going to be relevant for your family member.
Upswing just increased the Lab's cost from $49 USD a month to $99 USD a month. Do you think it's still worth it? From what I'm seeing, it looks more tempting over there at Upswing than ever. Their huge catalog of position vs position range breakdowns are fantastic and come straight from Monker and other high end preflop solvers. Of course, it would be nice to hear what you and/or others have to say after actually having experience with it recently.

I still think it's worth the money if you've set aside time to go through a lot of material daily, even though i don't see a fair reason why the course price got increased. However, if you compare what you have access to, to what you can get from personal coaching at a similar hourly rate, then there is a lot of material to learn from - especially if it's the best microstakes material out there, but i don't know anything about RIO.

Looking into buying either RIO elite or upswing lab for 6max cash games.

I’m currently slightly winning at 50NL and 25z and want to take my game to the next level. Which has better content for someone who is not a complete beginner? Would I better off getting a solver like GTO+ instead?

Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm a PLO Mastermind member, and was wondering if anyone knows if RIO's VISION has more sims available for PLO500?

I'm a fan of the PLO Trainer, but it feels a bit limited in some spots (and I've heard that jnandez can have too many irons in the fire, and get complacent on projects, so wondering if the RIO guys are putting more work into Vision).

Would be nice to hear from someone that has experience using both. Thanks!

Yes you can. They have run sims up until the flop for most common positions.

Where can I find some unbiased reviews of PLO Launch Pad? Google has not been my friend. I am learning PLO but I suck. I play micros, are there any other beginner/ micro stakes PLO training sites I should consider?

Hi. what do you think about BTS LAB+? I subscribed BTS LAB and the quality of video was not very good for me, but the webinar was great. so, I want to subscribe LAB+ if there are many jimmyduraide contents there.

Do you have any thoughts about playing against the Bots on Omaha Poker Training.com?

I currently play on Global and you can't track your hands or get much of any feedback on your play.

I am bouncing back and forth between The Bots and PLO launch Pad and would like a little help regarding which to choose.

I'm using both Upswing and RedChip currently. I think both are very high quality.

I tried the big three this month of May - Upswing, RCP, and RIO. I thought they were all good but the quality of RCP and RIO is legitimately just higher than Upswing. I'll keep using RCP and RIO next month.

I know that Splitsuit, RIO, and Upswing all offer pricier packages for higher end training material, as well. My only experience thus far is with the monthly subs.

In what ways are they higher quality than upswing? What aspects are better?

The quality itself on the videos and interface is just higher on RCP and RIO. RCP's visuals are fantastic. As far as the videos themselves, without writing a huge review: They're longer, the modules are much deeper, and there's a true tie between foundation building and bringing it up to the next level. A lot of Upswing's material is short, thrown together, and doesn't tie in from one module to the next as well as it should. Further, support is available virtually 24/7 on RCP and RIO and yet on Upswing, you can wait days for a response to an email or query. Upswing also raised their prices to $99 a month for The Lab and quite frankly, I just don't think it's worth that price when compared to what else is out there.

I ran out of time to edit but the other thing RCP has that's invaluable, imo is: Endless hours of content from Adam Jones. He's working on like two additional masterclass libraries as we speak and his content that's currently up there is massive and solid gold. I have never come across a coach who teaches players how to build a solid foundation and then connect that to the more advanced stuff better. He teaches numerous math shortcuts to use at the tables including regarding bluffing, semi bluffing and automatic profit. It's great stuff.

I've been pouring through the material on both runitonce and upswing. I have an essential to rio and a sub to the lab on upswing. I like both a ton, especially the upswing community on facebook. The discussions look like solid gold. I'm curious if I had to pick just one of those two sites moving forward, would I be ultimately missing out on anything other than upswing's facebook group by just getting an elite to rio, rather than having a sub to both sites? It looks like rio is far more advanced and rooted in deeper theory which I love now that I can actually understand it. So, if I just want to get ridiculously good and am willing to put in as much work as one can, which site would suit me better?

TY
