Hi guys, I had been playing poker for cash for 3 months already, yeah not so much I know but Im actually winning some few dollars (600+700(bonus) =1300 dollars and the variance still owes me 200 dollars in NL100 and some hundred dollars in FL HU).

Well I just want to make an offer, I want to be coach and I will give you a % of my winnings , 100%. Im not kiddin, 100% of my profit goes for you. The rakeback is mine (im not looking for someone who can coach me to become a rakeback player but someone who is a solid winner on the level)

I have some experience in NL as a SSS (break even due to running bad as a hell) and in FL HU 1-2 (winning +1.41BB/100 (2,82Big blinds) in 30k hands).

Im looking for someone who can coach me to beat NL200 in 3 months, (the deal will last 5 months but i should be able to beat NL200 in 3 months) I dont know how long time I will need but I learn quite fast and im also good at maths. If you think for any reason that i will need more time please let me know, we can discuss about it.
I can also be interested on SNG and MTT, good offers and teachers are all welcome ;D

Obviously, if all the profit is yours, all the risks too, i mean you will stake me too. I also guarante you to play "X" hands in a month, this number it has to be determined by you and I will see if Im able to do it. We can increase this value each month due to the increase of my level with the time

If you think that before putting on risk your money I should learn whatever you want me to learn in order to be able to become a winner player on the level, just give me the coach requiered for it and put examine me before playing with your money. I also dont mind to try NL100 for a couple of thousand hands if you want to prove me first.

I dont mind which strategy you follow, SSS, BSS, MSS, or whatever...if you are a solid winner on the level and you want to make a profitable deal for both of us, here you have your man.

For your security and for mutual trust, you can ask me any identity document you want.

Im an engineering student in Madrid (Spain). My nickname in Pokerstars is B0rrrrrrrrr

If you are interested, send me a PM, thanks everyone !

oups didn't take the time to lurk around the forum and created a post where i should have been posting here so here it is again

hello guys,
i'm currently losing after a 50K hand sample. i played FR and SH during that sample. thanks to BR management i manage to make those bucks last longer than expected but one thing is i don't want to go to NL2 as it really feels like the dump of poker, being left with gamblers and worse player than me.
i'm left with very few money after hitting a big downswing this week end. i'd like to rebuild as i would like not to redeposit again.
my game of choice would be 5nl SH for the moment waiting to move up of course.
my goal is this: beat this game with no hud. this for me would be the fundamentals of poker. i know lots af decision are opponents dependent but i can't seems to take a correct decision based on the reads i get from my HUD.
i don't believe this to be really hard but somehow i can't do it. so if there is someone around here who's willing to help me put up my game on the correct rails, i'd appreciate if you would contact me.
i'd like to start everything from scratch again. preflop, postflop, value, bluffs,
all those are familiar concept but i can't appl them really well or so it seems.

to finish with this, if you're interested in a some sort of profit sharing system, i'm not oppose to it, we can negociate for sure. as i'm looking for maintaining a silver iron man status from now on. i do put on a decent amount of volume each month. leading to a decent amount of rakeback.
thanks readers.
regards all
Chaper

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a coach to take me from a 25NL grinder to a 100000NL baller! I have the bankroll for 1000NL - 2000NL but I want to slowly progress to higher limits as I learn.

I like to multi-table (currently playing 16 tables) so I usually play FR but have experience with 6-Max. I would prefer to learn both, and also a bit of HU play.

I have a pretty good understanding of the fundamentals and want someone who can plug my leaks and provide advice for stepping up. I have PokerTracker, TableNinja, XPadder (I play with a ps3 controller) and will soon have a top-of-the-line computer to play on. I also have HEAPS of poker books, including all the classics.

Although I pretty much solely play cash games, I would definitely like some tips on tourney play. I also prefer live games over online (but 80% of my playing is online - I find it easier to make money) and am not sure if I would take coaching from someone who doesn't play live on at least a semi-regular basis.

I am available 24/7 to learn and am VERY dedicated and passionate. I love poker ever since I started playing 5 years or so ago. I am willing to put in 110% effort and all my time to seeing how far I can go in the poker world.

I am looking for an exceptional coach who is a great player himself/herself and can provide references from previous students. I'm looking for maybe 1 or 2 training sessions per week which will involve you ghosting me/reviewing my sessions, discussing strategy and theory, providing "homework" or things for me to work on, and also me ghosting you with you telling me whats going through your head as you play, although I'm open-minded to other coaching techniques.

I am willing to negotiatie prices but I would prefer someone who charges based on the limits I play (i.e. min price for micro, max for nosebleeds).

PM me!

Thanks,

Jakey

I'm looking for a 6M PLO coach. I play regularly at 100PLO. I'm a reasonable plyr and would like to crack into 200 and, ideally, 400PLO in the next year. I'm trying to do my due diligence and find the best bang for my buck so if you have references, stats, etc. The more information the better.

seeking 24 tabling FR or 6max 100-600NL coach. 24 tabling is a must. Winning player and proven coach is a must.

Willing to compensate well. Prefer a % cut basis, but hourly can work too.

I currently 24 table with no problems. My PTR is quite a bit off on my losses. though most of my losses came from a stab at 24 tabling NL100 6max, last years shots at 3/6lhe 6max and 100/200lhe

ATM I am a .25bb/100 winner at 200 (1.5 if EV is correct) and a 1bb/100 winner at 100 (1.5 if EV is correct), but this is shortstacking not fullstacking

Hi guys. I have been playing poker part time for a couple of years. I currently play Nl200 6 max but I feel as of the past 6 months or something my play has stagnated, it feels like im going nowhere, just huge ups and downs. I feel I could use a couple of sessions to get my game back on track.

I would like to have a couple of sessions with a coach of proven records.

Please PM me with your screenname, stats, references, method of coaching, rates and whatever other info you think might help me make a decision.

Hey. I'm looking for a SitNGo coach. I made $7,250 in 5 months, starting with $20. I played fullring normal sitngos until I was at $4,700, then I had an $800 downswing and switched to 6max turbos. Anyway, I'm not too sure what game to play: 9max normal, 6max turbo, or 6max normal. I'm bad at 9max turbos, so not those. I'm looking for a coach who will watch me 6table, work on my game, and help me with mathematical calculations (want to learn ICM to perfect preflop play. buying stoxev soon). Before I started grinding I aced SNGWiz (96/100), so that's not what I'm talking about. I want to be able to 6table $33+ games. Right now my ROI is around 5% at those, which is too low. I was able to grind the $11 and $22 fullring normal SNGs very well, with a higher ROI. I was having trouble at the $33 stake with a 5% ROI. I also beat the $12-$36 6max games with a low but decent ROI. My graph is wild, check it out.

I want to be grinding for a living in a few months. Looking for a coach around $75-100 an hour, but any higher inquires are welcome. PLEASE HELP, thanks!

Hi, I am a 100nl player taking shots at 200nl and not having the best of results. I was wondering if any coaches, with a proven track record. Accept profit sharing as part of payment? I am reputable. Have references in multiple staking agreements. I am very professional and have the track record to prove it. So trust is not an issue what so ever. Am also currently getting staked right now. Ideal coach would obviously have to prove his ability to play,as well as be a good coach. I would prefer somebody that is playing 400nl+ and has coached 200nl recently. If the ideal coach is a mid-high stakes regular who can get me crushing 200nl and above. The future for this relationship could prove to be very valuable. Thanks alot for any responses or suggestions.

Post some lifetime graphs.

Explain why you are getting staked.

What is your financial situation now?

Who are your stakers, and how much have you paid them over what period.

Im interested FYI but you need to disclose a lot more.

I am looking for someone to help me with my MTT game. I am particularly interested in learning strategies to make final tables in the FTP $24+2 guarantee tournaments or make it deep in the double deuce on Sundays. I feel I am decent at the game but I know I have a lot of room for improvement. To be blunt, I can't afford $100 an hour but willing to work out a deal, even consider profit sharing if i make a big score.

Hey,

I don't have a very close friend or someone with who i can review a few of my sessions and i really don't want to do it with someone without any experience or something like that and listen bad advices. Also nobody from any forum doesn't want to join mikogo and go through a session of 1000 hands find bad habits and stuff...so i need someone to pay and help me improve my game.

i need someone with who to review my sessions and get some coaching if is possible for the cheapest price on the market. ybother from DC is $45(because i made the whackem course and i have a discount) . what do you ppls know about him?

Is there someone else cheaper then ybother for 50NL?
6max NL

PS: i need a partner with who i can review many hands/entire sessions/run filters and improve. at least marginal winner at 50NL like i am. 2,3 ptbb/100 playing 4 tables

I am not trying to get took or take anybody. I feel this sort of relationship between a coach and a student could be quite beneficial to both parties. It would insure the interest in the student as well as reward the coach alot more money. Why pay somebody $400 an hour to comment on my play. When they can work with me as much as they would like to, help me out as often or as little as they would like. And get rewarded for it. If you question this logic here's some math for you. Let's assume a good winrate is 3 BB/100 at 200nl. I can play around 15k hands a week.
3 BB = $12(3 x 2bb x 2)
15,000 / 100 = 150
150 x 12 = $1,800 per week.

The average mid/high stakes coach out there that coaches low limits, I would guess charges anywhere from $150-$400. Usually one session per week. Obviously the coach would not get all the profits. More like 20%. And I also truly believe that any coach crushing the mid stakes would be able to get my winrate up higher than 3 BB/100.

I think the reason a coach would do it is obvious. Now, why I would do it. Because I think it insures the interest in me that a coach will have. I feel given the agreement. A coach would invest a lot more time in me. Help me out from day to day with hands and have a quick sweat session if I am in a downswing. Also, the money never comes directly out of my pocket. He makes money, when I make money. So all parties benefit from the situation.

I do not think that at my current limits this will be a ton of money. But in time, hopefully moving up to 400nl. It would be a good amount of money for the coach. The actual terms of the deal could be discussed further. Whether it was for a time commitment, i.e 20% of winnings for 3-6 months. Or it could be a monetary commitment, i.e 20% of winnings up to a profit of 5-10k.

Now, why I am being staked. I was playing live poker for three years. And at the beginning of last year I decided to start playing online. But I did not want to use my own money. So I started off small. I ended up having to withdrawal my bankroll for bills. Because I do not currently have a job. I started getting staked last year. Being staked allows me to move up limits alot quicker without the mental and financial burden of loses. I am all about learning to win. If I can get to a decent level to where I can support myself. I have no problem making other people money in the process. I have plenty of references in the staking community. I do not feel I need to disclose my backers at this time. But if anybody showed interest. That is the least of your worries.
I first started my online career in January of '09 at 25nl 6M.
Here is my lifetime graph of 25NL.
http://i48.tinypic.com/23w0hkw.png

I then got a stake for 50nl HU.
http://i49.tinypic.com/24yprir.png

When I moved up to 100nl HU, I ran horrible. I was 50 bi's below EV.
http://i47.tinypic.com/1zxkx1u.png

So I switched to 100nl 6M to make up the loses. And found out I like six max and was a decent winner at it.
http://i46.tinypic.com/213og5.png

Which brings me to now, I took a shot at 200nl.
http://i46.tinypic.com/15covg0.png

I have only played 4500 hands. I ran/played horrible and also felt like the play was alot different. I know that I can put in the effort and beat it on my own. But I don't want to be a marginal winner over time. I want to be crushing it as soon as possible. I also included my heads up hands to show my progression the last year. Also because I feel anybody that has knowledge in heads up poker has a better understanding of the game then just your normal six max player. And I would hope that anybody that is familiar with both games would agree.

During this time I have actually had two stakes, the other being on a foreign site. It is for 200nl and I will be taking shots at 400nl soon. The play at this site is a little different then most play at Fulltilt or Stars. Since this site does not have Hand Histories(meh, i know). I was forced to make an excel spread sheet to document my days and winnings. These can all be confirmed by the backer if needed. And it's in euros.
