looking for a live coach in Sydney Australia, and if u do exist, what would the sessions be like? as I get coached for online poker I'm not sure how a live coach would work? any feedback appreciated

I have just recently joined on Poker Stars under the screen name Truly Felted. I don't understand how I crush live tournaments, and do so poorly online. A buddy of mine that plays under 'Rocketmist' advised me to come onto this site and ask around for advice, and perhaps a coach/backer. He also advised me that there are people that make a living in the 180 SNGs.

So, as you see - that didn't go so well for me. I played 75 $2.20s, most of them last night. I ran into 1-3 outters like it was going out of style. I got my money in best 9/10 times and only won 1/9 of those times, IF that.

I'm willing to put in the time, and effort to improving my game. I finished alot in the 20-50th place area. The beginning game is generally strong and I tend to double early. After, I get too aggressive and get pinched often. I play generally around 28-32% of the hands I'm dealt, so that may also be a bad thing.

I know with a few sweat sessions, I could greatly improve my game. I'm willing to give a backer 30/70. I would appreciate any and all help in developing my game.

I have some history playing online poker. I was a consistent small winner over 1M hands at 25-100NL. The lost couple of months though, maybe 150-200k hands, I have been a break-even/loosing player.

I am looking for someone who can help me get back on trail in combination with a longterm-plan. I would like to have sweat-sessions/HM-sessions/general talking about concepts.

At the moment I play 25nl break-evenish and I want to crush AT LEAST 50nl again. I know I can do this but I need some help to get my game to the point where it used to be. After that I would like to pay for coaching to crush 100nl-200nl, preferably with the same tutor.

I'm interested in finding a good NL 6-max (possibly heads up) coach. I'm currently playing mostly 2/4 online and 2/5 - 5/10 live. I have quite a bit of experience and success playing mtts, but with my work schedule, it would be great to be able to put in serious work playing cash at night to supplement my weekend tournaments.

Things I'm looking for:

• A coach that is serious about coaching and has a defined methodology/lesson plan for his coaching that has shown good results recently.
• Not really looking for just a single session, so coaches with package deals/plans or mentoring type programs are more than welcome, however I'd rather just pay cash as I'm not very interested in a profit sharing setup.
• I would also very much like my coach to be very well versed with Holdem Manager, hud setup, and any other software/tools that make the life of a grinder easier.
• A coach with live experience/advice would be a bonus.
• I live in Houston, so if by chance I can find a coach in/around Houston, that would be great. Obviously not a requirement though.

Im looking for a coach for micro/smallstakes fullring cashgames at FTP, 9-16 tabling. Need somebody who can get me back to nl100, after long break from poker. If you are a winner over a decent sample at nl50+ and are a serious player/person and feel you will be able to get me back in the right mindset and plug those newfound leaks, you are qualified. An advantage if you play at ftp, stacks tables and play similar amount of tables. Coaching will start at nl10 or nl25 and hopefully increase in stakes. If you dont wanna coach over this level when i move up its fine. Interested in what suits you/untraditional ways like sending hand histories over chatting software, videomaking etc aswell. Helping me with a decent setup for stacking/software will also be nice. Hello everyone, I'm looking for a unique coaching experience, without getting too much into too many details about my play history let me explain:

I've been playing 25NL for quite some time. After being a breakeven player for a considerable amount of time, I've been beating this stakes for the last couple months and padding my bankroll. I'm an ambitious player looking to move up in stakes, obviously 50NL being the next step. I primarily play Rush poker, and I'm looking for someone to coach me for my first session into 50NL. My comfort zone has been the $25 games, and I'm a bit nervous in starting these new stakes. I'm simply looking for a regular 50NL/100NL+ player to use Skype/Teamviewer to aid me in starting my first 50NL session. Topics I'm most concerned with is my new bet sizing, any differences in the player pool (I heard there aren't many), and any information I should have in order to beat these stakes and continue moving up. I'm looking to pay anywhere between 30-60$ an hour based on the coaches skill level and any other variables. Let me preface this by saying I do not have the funds to afford a for-profit coach, but that knowing myself, a coach is what I need.

I've been a casual online player for a couple years now. I've dabbled in everything from cash games to STTs to MTTs and when I'm on top of my game, I've managed to eek out small profits.

However, it's hard for me to stick with one thing for any lengthy amount of time without someone to be there for me as support and motivation. My worst leak is how quickly I monkey tilt. I have a hyper-aggressive style that lends itself to playing way too many hands OOP pre-flop and naturally I end up getting into terrible spots post-flop that end up with me going busto. From there, it's all down hill.

Moreover, I have a terrible grasp of the math behind the cards. If there's any one area I'd say I need the most work on, it's that. Currently, when I'm playing I don't even think about the numbers. I would like to think I am able to pick up on bet-sizing and timing tells, and that coupled with my hyper-aggressive style enables me to run over tables I'm 100% focused on. But, again... it could be that I've got a little bit of run-good in me.

With that, I have $35 to start with. I'm considering grinding out $1.20 9-man STTs on FTP until I have the roll to move up to the $2.25s, but I feel like my bankroll lends itself more to playing 2NL over STTs.

I realize coaching me for no profit is making a giant leap of faith, but I am serious about improving my game and would very much appreciate someone taking me under their wing and keeping me on a tight regimen that caters to a lot of theory talk, HH reviews, sweats, and reading.
