Term and payment:

I am interested in a long term agreement of at least 40 hours, 8h/week (4 session of 2 hours each) for at least 5 weeks and will re-evaluate if there is need for more. I am offering $2,000. ($400/week and $50/h for the minimum term of 40 hours).

The payment will be taking place every week ($400) for the week ahead.

I am playing €10 twisters in ipoker, taking shots at €20 games. I have a database of 25,000 games at €10 with 54 cev. I am interested in establishing myself at €20 games and prepare for attacking €50 games soon.

Essential Requirements for the coach:

I am looking for:
- An active player, who is currently playing $60+ or €50+ spins or twisters with at least 60 cev over a solid, recent sample.
- Someone who has some proven coaching track record or can present a reasonable and credible structure for taking my game to a higher level.

Topics that I need to be thoroughly covered over the 5 weeks:

-Deep database analysis of my game to spot most of my weaknesses.
-Target spot by spot each of my weaknesses.
-Analysis of GTO theoretical play in most common post-flop spots.
-Detailed population analysis with H2N and PT4 and development of exploitative play pre and post vs unknown.
-Deep analysis of the most regular opponents I face and development of personalised strategies against them.
-Analysis of exploitative play versus specific leaks of opponents quantitatively.

I am open to moving to Pokerstars and purchasing software like pokertracker/HEM, if the coach insists its imperative for my improvement. However, the fields on the sites that I currently play on are much softer than Stars or any other known site. I have extremely good work ethic and I am hungry for success, ready to put in hours to study outside of the coaching sessions.

Thing is, I'm currently playing 6max on two anonymous sites with no HUDs so I'm not sure how this is gonna work or whether I'm even doing the right thing with these sites I'm terms of getting better seen as though I can't really go back through my database and stuff?

I'm not a total noob tho, coming back to poker after a long break, have played a mixture of everything and used to like 20 table 25 and 50nl for RB way back when.

My profile

I play 100NL 6-max on Ignition. I grinded up a bankroll from 5NL while playing in college and typically follow a strict bankroll management. I now work full time in management consulting and play fully recreationally. The enjoyment for me comes from progressing through the stakes. I'm very academically focused (studied CS in school) and enjoy studying poker. That said, I work a ~80 hour per week job so volume tends to be much lower than most grinders.

My goals

I've previously taken a (losing) shot at 200NL when I hit 30BIs on Ignition. These stakes (100NL/200NL) are the first time I've lost confidence in believing I'm winning in the pool. I want to become a winning player at 200NL (and eventually progress to 500NL Ignition). I have no intention to play poker professionally.


My requirements
