I am looking for an excellent NL Holdem MTT / STG coach with proven results. I have been playing poker both live and online for about 3 years. I am really enthusiastic about the game, try to learn as much as possible by reading, watching lots of the biggest live games, reading etc. Overall, I am slightly up but I think I can improve a lot more with the help of a good coach. I have had plenty decent scores in small stakes but I would like those scores to become more consistent to allow me to play more poker and move up the stakes. I mainly play small stakes MTTs but have played some medium/large stakes MTTs as well. I know I have some leaks e.g. need to open up my 3bet range, especially in later stages of MTTs. I think my main weakness is my playing style is too tight and as a result I don't make final tables regularly enough. It would be great to have the help of a good coach who has proven success. Im want to become GTO. In order to do so I need someone to talk with about poker. I have one guy thats far ahead of me but hes busy often so i dont get a lot of feedback. So no im on the lookout for someone like me.

I am: noobgrinder 2NL now seriously playing for the first time in my life (1000 hands played -2.5buyins (must be variance, ;p)) I play 1 fullday a week because i study law (mastersdegree) and have to find a job. I read a lot of poker theory and review my game often. (Long term) goal: to live from poker by being as close to GTO as possible.

So anyone want to share his knowledge with me? Talk a bit on position ranges handreading hem stats etc, review some hands and backup the reviews with solid theory to become better?
