I'm a former Double or Nothing grinder that has recently switched to 6 max super turbos. Over 1100 games at the 3.8s on tilt I had an ROI of around 10.5%. After about 550 of the 7.6s I'm right around 2.5%. I know these samples are small but I feel like with my results at the 3s I should be beating the 7s for a lot more and dont know if it's just variance from the small sample size or if I'm just not good enough to decently beat this level. Regardless, I'm looking for a coach that is experienced at this format and that can help me get going with HEM and Wiz.

I'm wwkrzyzewskid on tilt and l.a.ruseman on stars. I'd prefer to set up some kind of coaching contract giving a percentage of weekly profits. (I have rakeback too.) I've done numerous stakes, money trades and sold shares and am a reasonably well respected member of the 2p2 community. I've started to grind these pretty hard and am looking to put in around 750 to 1k tournies a week once I really get going. I feel like this could be a very profitable endeavor for the right coach. I've decided to give full-time grinding a shot starting at the microstakes 2NL...but over 100,000 hands in over a week at 2NL (both shorthanded and full ring) and a little bit of 5nl, I'm down over $300......I am just exasperated and need to re-evaluate my complete game and am willing to pay for some coaching..also need help understanding all these pokertracker stats...don't have a clue as to what all these stats mean...

I know my biggest flaws are that

1. I play too many hands preflop
2. I overbet monster hands or big pocket pairs
3. I know I should fold when I'm beat but don't
4. I am just too impatient

Im looking for someone to mentor me. Im a professional player, having put in 700k hands at 100nl for a 3ptbb winrate,but broke even at 200nl over 300k. I reached this level pretty quickly and with little work but stagnated there for way too long.

Since the start of the year Ive become really dedicated to improving my play and reaching my goal of beating 1knl for 3ptbb+.I wake up every morning at 6am and finish at 6pm, Im treating poker now like the job I had before.

I need to find someone who is genuinely interested in seeing me improve rather than handing over x amount of money to sweat me for an hour. Having recently taking up this role for someone I know the huge benefits this offers not just for my game but
for the satisfaction.

The ideal person would be a proven winner at msnl and someone who can help me identify common ssnl exploitabilites. Also someone who can provide/recommend excellent resources so I can best utilise my study time.
