01-09-2013 , 02:39 PM
Live from the 10th annual PCA, January 8th 2013 - PCA 10 with Doc Sands Peter Jetten & Shaun Deeb - The Two Plus Two PokerCast crew has invaded the Atlantis Resort and the 10th annual PokerStars Caribbean Adventure. Mike and Adam start things off by recapping their trip so far including a round of golf with Finnish Team PokerStars pro Ville Wahlbeck. Next the guys sit down with David Doc Sands to talk about his second place finish in the $100k Super High Roller for seven figures and the injury he suffered during a heated basketball game with Jason Mercier. Shawn Deeb was next to sit down to discuss the growth of his beloved Open Face Chinese poker and how he faired in the first ever Open Face Chinese poker tournament. The winner of this historic event was Canadian poker pro Peter Jetten and he sat down with Mike and Adam to share the secret of his success. CardRunners coach 'Awesemo' provides some great strategy about 20bb opening ranges in capped NLHE in this week's CardRunners.com Strategy Minute. In forum static the guys discuss Viktor “Isildur1” Blom's decision not to defend his Super High Roller title and the insane online heater he's currently on and of course give away the password for the January 13th Poker Stars VIP Club Invitational for PokerCast listeners.

AWice did play up to 50 sngs when he finished the sprint.
You can play only 24 tables of cashgames, not sure if there is any limit on SnGs
Also he played 6max hypers 60$-200$.

@MJ:

Many of the hotkey scripts/apps have 'Never Sit Out'.

I can't remember if Table Ninja supports this only for cash games, but in essence what it does is clicks 'Sit Back In' if you time out and sit out.

As you can imagine, it's a sure fire way to piss people off if you keep auto-sitting out/back in.

There is a Youtube video out there of someone playing over a 100 Double-Or-Nothings at a time. A quick google didn't find it, only this one doing a mere 72 tables of DON, in which you can see a guy hit the Fold button about a 1000 times in 5 minutes:

TableNinja will automatically sit you back in if you time-out. Also he probably stacks the tables, although that's just an assumption.

Btw, the 24 tables limit is for cash games, you can play as many SNG tables as you want/can.

Doc Sands and Lichtenberger, not sure of their level of friendship. Are they GOOD FRIENDS? :P

Good interview, still pushing through it in 30 minutes chunks.

There doesn't seem to be an app in the android store anyway, it must be on iOS.

There's a very crappy one for iOS. We had some discussion a few weeks back about whether or not it 'cheats' to compensate for a bad AI.

Just doing some quick math on the Alex Wice thing. If he wanted to do 9x Supernova Elite, and assuming he was playing pretty much non-stop for those 36 hours to get the 100,000 VPPs, he would need to average playing 8.88 hours per day, EVERY DAY of the year. YIKES
