So you've played Sheep and now it's time to play Peehs. The observant among you have already noticed that Peehs is Sheep backwards and that's how this game works. If you've seen the TV show Pointless then it's kinda like that too. You basically want to give the most unique correct answer to any given question.

SCORING
You get 1 point for a correct answer and 1 additional point for anyone who gives the same answer as you. There is a penalty for an incorrect answer. The lowest score wins.

INCORRECT ANSWERS
You will get a penalty for any incorrect answer given. You will score 1.5x the highest scoring correct answer.

RESEARCH IS ALLOWED
Peehs will often be played with no research allowed and on the honour system. But because this is a lot of people's first time and I don't trust some of you as far as I can throw you to uphold the honour system I'm going to allow research. I've specially chosen the questions with this in mind. You cannot however discuss questions in thread or influence other's answers in any way. You cannot quote answers, hint at answers or link research websites. It is up to the individual how or whether to research.

DUPLICATES ALLOWED
I said no duplicates in Sheep but have at it in Peehs (provided that it's a correct answer).

SUBMITTING YOUR ANSWERS
Once you've come up with your answers then PM them to me in an unspaced, unnumbered list. Don't add any additional message and don't quote the questions. If you break any of these rules it's not the end of the world, but it creates more work for me.

Example:

SIMILAR ANSWERS MAY OR MAY NOT BE GROUPED. If someone answers NYC and someone else answers New York and a third person says New York City then I'll very likely group the answers since they all have the same meaning. If I believe your answer may have a different meaning to someone else's then I reserve the right to not group them. Modding decisions will be arbitrary and capricious.

Hmmmm, I've never played a PEEHS where it is just based off of research. All my PEEHS experience is in sports where you pick your answers prior to the season where you are weighing a safe answer (which could still be wrong) vs. face melting aces.

This is just if you can think a level above the common population.

We have a popular game show in the UK called Pointless, which is peehs based. Has it not made it abroad yet?

I don't think they have their own version of it, but I know Americans who watch the British version

Yeah, the "open notes, open book" nature makes it tricky. When I first made my list, I kept thinking I had some great answers. Then I realize, no, EVERYONE will pick that one. But then I have to think, no, if it's such an obvious answer, then NO ONE will pick it. And it goes back and forth and back and forth.

So now I'm going back to pick some better responses given the rules of the game.

Just to make sure, this is the WSOP all-time money list, correct?

Yeah, this is a WSOP-themed game, so it seems like a pretty obvious "yes". But all other questions explicitly state the WSOP except for this.

Yeah, that should be clarified IMO.

I think I'll just put all the answers in a spreadsheet and use a random number generator to select.

It's the one question that doesn't have "WSOP" written in it, but the WSOP is responsible for a lot of that list (tenuous connection!)
