Boy, I sure am glad that I made that last-minute switch from Phil Ivey to Vitaly Lunkin.

Also glad that Galfond has been having so much fun playing cash games.

I'm really bad at this.

Yeahh. Give us dem Nicky P points. I'm holding on to the possibility of a min cash over here!

Yea im holding onto hope he will send me back my money out of the kindness of his heart :P

In all seriousness the only Issue I have with a 20 man thing is that means people would miss out.

or could just get a list of people and if you have a big amount.. divide them into smaller groups around 20ish. Individuals who don't mind could run each draft?
different people escrow for each group or 1 can do for all.

just trying to think of ways to get everyone involved here

Shaun Deeb at a FT. Of course John Monnette is there too
06-30-2016 , 03:36 AM
I'm surprised Monnette made the FT. When we were ITM, he played the most insane hand, where he bet-folded the river in a huge 4 way pot, getting infinite to 1, and was wrong, and would have won, after a worse hand called the raise and he folded.
He was then completely steamed about it for the next like 2 hours (until I bust) and still would not let it go lol.

Obst
Deeb

I drafted Griffin Benger while thinking, "They'll just put the GPL on hold for six weeks while the WSOP is going on."

Remember this? Well look who's leading the charge in the $1500 shoot out

The sleeper pick of 2016

Leading the charge by mincashing?

In other news, Mustapha Kanit has finally turned up and has a stack in the PLO
06-30-2016 , 09:07 PM
I'm definitely no longer worried about my Deeb pick
06-30-2016 , 09:47 PM
congrats Shaun Deeb ... my first points since event 12 I'm guessing.
06-30-2016 , 09:50 PM
... also wishing I'd stuck with James Obst right now

FINALLY AN UPDATE!!!

Sorry for the slow update, but there have been a few things that have slowed me down:

-Hectic work
-Family gatherings
-Was given a list of corrections to make (thanks for that, I think I got most/all of them now)
-I have been extremely hungover today

Anyway, hope to get some more regular updates from here on out
07-03-2016 , 01:52 PM
So how about that $50K PPC?

8 of my team entered (1 busted already)

can anyone beat 7 players into D2?
07-03-2016 , 02:05 PM
Some of the numbers look old? You have Urbanovich updated correctly, but on my team alone I see these as incorrect/old scores:

Mercier only listed at 1961
Tristan Wade

Looks like the GPI site is having some problems themselves with some scores that you have correct and they have wrong.

I scraped the data from their website yesterday and then planned on finishing off all the alterations and other stuff I have to do that day. I ended up drinking and got over my hangover pretty recently. The GPI lists are currently incomplete and I can't do a full update of scores just yet.

But yeah

the scores are kinda old, but they are the most recent complete scores that we have

will update again when the GPI catches up
