Right after James Lebron!

Seriously, I'll have a listen to Bart's show and check him out

would like to hear people that can attend some of the WSOP or WPT events in the midwest and various locations and give a very short but informative news, views, report.

even if it's listener submitted, be nice to hear what it's like and what's going on at events that aren't in Vegas or places exotic

What are we supposed to ask him?

Me - Do you wish you didn't click the wait until BB before posting checkbox when you were within minutes of the milestone hand hitting?

Condefrate - Yes, I should have not done that and I am currently regretting it.

Me - Thank you for joining us on the program Confedrate, this was very insightful.

And it doesn't have to be limited to the "name" tours. For example, the Heartland Poker Tour had a $1,500 buy-in stop in Michigan. There must be a lot of people that would do something like that (2-hr drive for me), but wouldn't want to spend the extra time and expense to go to Las Vegas.

Anyone reading this that has played against, as one 2+2er put it, "a bunch of brain-dead farmers"?

Yeah pretty much, it would definitely make sure he never does it again... don't you think he deserves a little something? Maybe you should bring on NeonFrost and Tupapi then surprise them with Confedrate on the show, draaaaaaaama.

You could ask him if he meant to misspell his username or not imo.

Hi guys,

The Pokercast is great! Very informative and entertaining - just what I need sometimes. I've listened to them all up to #58 and gonna listen to #59 in the coming days.

Anyway, my segment idea is to please consider getting a successful Pot Limit Omaha player who has ascended from low to middle or high stakes. As a PLO player myself, it would be great to hear from one of these guys and specifically how their game has evolved to continue winning in the ever changing game conditions.

I don't know any of the guys by name, but I'm sure there are several PLO winning regulars who could do this kind of interview.

Thanks for hopefully considering it!

After reading Steve Cyr's book, I wonder if Billy Walters would make a very good interview - would like to hear more about The Computer Group, and how he went from complete degen gambler to running over the casinos.

That Steve Cyr interview was one of, if not the, best interview so far imo. And it wasn't even about poker

We have had on Vanessa Selbts and Phil Galfond, both of which are WSOP PLO bracelet winners. I'm close with Jeff Hwang, we could have him on the show, he is brilliant about PLO, but even he would agree he is not good guest material because he is a far better author than he is a talker. We have one ace up our sleve for late in the year but we can't discuss that yet, that will make a great PLO strategy show. If you can think of anyone else we would love to have them on if they would appeal to a wide audience, thanks!

Hey guys, you guys have a great show and its the only thing that makes work go by faster.

Since your next show will be in the Commerce, how about interviews with maybe famous players who started there and have some good stories.

Possible question:What are good table selection tips in a live game, when all you can do is just put your name on a board and sit where they tell you to?

Hey TT, Vanessa Selbst and Phil Galfond were definitely both great guests, and in fact, Vanessa really inspired me to check out DeucesCracked and dig deeper into the psychology of the game. Having Jeff Hwang on would be great too, but I was thinking since you guys are sponsored by the Pokerstars VIP club, it would be cool to have on one of the Pokerstars PLO regulars at the 2/4 or 5/10 or 10/20 games; maybe one of the Supernova's.

Perhaps that's not so interesting to a wide audience, but PLO seems to be growing in popularity all the time, so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of PCast listeners got something out of that kind of interview... thanks for considering it and looking forward to the surprise later in the year too!!

For instance, a couple of PLO players who come to mind who consistently seem to be winning on Pokerstars (from 2/4 through 25/50):

kipa58
Skjervoy
bogg
iggymcfly
Telefonkiosk
Shrewder
cmmjjt
flaneur
... (just to name a few)

I've seen some of these guys move from the low and mid stakes to $25/$50 over the years and would be interesting to hear about their rise through the PLO stakes, how the games have changed from full ring to 6-max and shorter, and how they approach the game and adapt to the changing player fields.

PLO is the ultimate action game :-) I'm guessing most of the durrrr challenge matches will be played as PLO.

Am sure this has been suggested before, but I'd love to hear you interview a Brit for the show. Not Devilfish though (I doubt even Brits would understand him)!

I always think Neil Channing comes across as a really interesting guy, and he did win the Irish Open last year as well as taking the UK Player of the Year award.

Failing that, someone like Roland de Wolfe perhaps

I'm going to suggest someone going on the show to interview mike and adam. We could post loads of questions before and they answer on air after thinking up some answers or something.

The recent SpadeClub Player of the Year would be a great interview, he has played 15 hours per day for the last couple of months and is a fantatic example of what grinding can bring you.
