Hasn't been a good debate on the abortion issue on the show lately, perhaps the Susan G. Komen vs Planned Parenthood story is a good time to re-open the issue.

I would like to hear Todd Terry on the show again as the one-year anniversary of BF approaches.

Is he still as pessimistic about federal legislation? What does he think about Nevada, New Jersey and other states starting up intrastate poker. Will it happen soon and will it be successful?

What does he make of the legal issues surrounding FTP, including his own suit. When did the looting of player funds really start, in his opinion. What is the probability and timetable of reopening FTP under GBT and, separately, the odds US players will get in full.

As both a lawyer and an affected player, I think his take is uniquely valuable.

Here is a very easy way to understand the luck/skill debate: Over 1 hand, poker is almost all luck; over 10 million hands it is almost all skill.

The Swedish government does not understand the true nature of poker, nor it seems the true nature of luck and skill. Would they say that golf is luck with an element of skill? Over the course of one shot there is a lot of luck involved in golf: wind conditions, freak bounces, unexpected noises disturbing a player's concentration. Over the course of hundreds of rounds of golf, the effect of luck becomes very very small compared to the skill element.

Would be nice to hear from Barry on the show where he'd have time to explain the situation in more detail. Judging from the 2+2 reaction it seems to be the biggest story of the week.
