Suggestion for future shows...I was a little disappointed with the lack of attention to Andy Bloch's//DF interview. Sadness that is the way the news is controlled by 'the news cycle'. Were it not for Uncle Howie's emergence, I was anxiously awaiting a full PV show discussing what Andy said, yet instead he gets only a passing mention in #238.
Maybe once the Lederer Files discussion is exhausted it wouldnt be too late to address what Andy Bloch said, in detail?
Actually, I think anybody who knows me and knows Full Tilt will tell you that I'm far from being a shill. After the UIGEA in 2006 I blasted Full Tilt for not allowing their US citizen employees out of their relocation obligations so they could decide to stay or leave Full Tilt based on their own views on their legal exposure.
I admit, I never, ever, ever thought that Full Tilt players would not get paid back in the immediate period after Black Friday. The Full Tilt I worked for until 2006 was 100% committed to players. I can't even being to chronicle the number of discussions that occurred at Full Tilt where the final word was, is this in the best interests of the players.
I think the funniest part of your statement is that because I call things as I see them (good or bad), employees of Full Tilt created a website disparaging me. Some Full Tilt employees were angry that I labeled Full Tilt's operations in the US as illegal back in 2006.
Believe me, I've been persona non grata at Full Tilt for a long time. I've lost many good friends who couldn't tell the difference between blog posts critical of Full Tilt and my feelings towards the individual employees who worked there.
