This tweet is extremely disgusting, and honestly, i am saddened that you decided to say such a thing. Someone made a choice based on priorities in there life, and you can't even show the decency to respect then. You do not have to agree with, nor believe what he did was right, but I think it shows an immense amount of hubris to act like you are so much better than them. For what it's worth I don't think any apology is necessary and Adam has done nothing at all that justifies this thread title. His jibe was indeed a bit of a rub down but it was made in a very gentle way with good humour and no malice.

The point made in the tweet is one that any of us should be able to make in a free society and Adam did it in a very inoffensive manner. The fact that someone managed to be offended on JN's behalf is kind of strange and to me just highlights the odd sensibilities of certain religious folk. Living in a free society is really at odds with certain belief systems but that's ok, we're all here to help you get over it
