Question for Steve D.
When Steve is next on the show, could you ask him the following.
Now that it appears Spain will follow .FR and .it,is it likely more will follow.
Could you also ask him, if it is possible that one day, these Euro countries and perhaps the U.S,will be back playing on the .com site(please god one day).
The reason I ask,is because the stt's and multi table stt's fill up really slowly, they are becoming extremely reg infested too.
TD.

Re: Question for Steve D.
Also, Can you ask him about the promo page for the 10th anniversary. It appears that an extra huge box is at number 4 and then 6 smaller boxes follow. Maybe he can announce what is in that box on the podcast?
http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/prom...h-anniversary/
Im guessing a 10M dollar FPP tournament. Or perhaps freeroll. Other guesses.

This is up to the appropriate governments. Some governments, specifically Belgium and Estonia and in the near future Denmark, have regulations such that their players can play against .com players. It's possible that Italy, France, and Spain will change their regulations in the future but it's not up to PokerStars. It's better for both players and for PokerStars for all players to be able to play against one another.

I don't think I'd get any holiday gifts from the CRM team if I let that slip ahead of time. Just a big lump of coal :-(.

Thanks for that Steve, are pokerstars or anybody else for that matter, leaning on the said governments.
Also, percent wise what are the chances of this happening within two years,or would it be just pure speculation.

It would be pure speculation.
I'm not sure what leverage you think PokerStars would have to lean on a government that regulates/licenses PokerStars. The PokerStars opinion is made clear to the government with reasoning when possible, and it is hoped that players in each country make their position clear to the government as well.

Re: Question for Steve D.
Thanks for the responses Steve.
Will U.S. players be able to watch tables to sweat some of the tournies in the future? I miss being able to troll some of my favorite pros.

I'd like it if this was the case, but I'm afraid it's not expected in the near future.

I could shake a magic 8-ball and give you an answer that would be just as probably correct as anything I could reason out for you.
