On the contrary, I think you're just a person adapting to a new role and discovering what content you like to create. The last several shows, I've found very interesting, because they're all so different as we listen to you go through this process. The first show with Marco, with all the US legislative talk, felt like a Marco-led show. It was all in his wheelhouse and you played the color commentary role. In the Hollywood show, you clearly took the lead and it was very, very entertaining. It's just something you'll continue to work through.
Terrance is probably now front of my list for new co-host. Joe Tall was good, but your rapport with Terrance makes for a really comfortable show. And plus, Joe sounds like he has a full time work right now, and Terrance is by his own admission, looking for his next gig. The stars seem aligned there.
TChan, I liked your interview segment, but as others have commented, at times it got a bit esoteric. Granted, you were talking to a guy pursuing a PhD in Psychology, but maybe the interviews could be more focused on the process of how these folks got away from a poker centric life. They could be the poker equivalent of the Brian Koppleman "The Moment" podcasts. "Take me through your mindset and thoughts as you decided, I need to go do this other thing". Matt was a guy who sounded like he walked away from a $200/hr winrate on the promise of something better... What was going through his head as he did that? Was there any self-doubt? I would have liked to hear more of him exploring that.
