Re: PokerCast Episode 232 - PokerStars Settles with DOJ & Acquires Full Tilt Poker Assets

<Nitpicking>
Adam, I think you meant Wozniacki instead of Wozniak when you mention Gus having his picture taken with women?

Loved the strategy from HM2, I own the software but never really ran any reports.

Very comprehensive and interesting show.

I'd say yes, until I found this:

They say don't shoot the messenger. I guess it works the other way around as well. Of course this is great news, but this must have been the worst show I've listened to in the last three years. "This is the most important story to break in 15 months, but we don't have any information, so let's just ask questions that nobody can answer and make wild unfounded guesses about **** that nobody cares about."

I you guys and I'm looking forward to the next show.

ahh, right. That's from Dancing With The Stars - Gus was his partner!

as to Adam's question (03:04:00) re: why none of the other FTP pros has come forward, I'm reminded (paraphrasing) of a scene from M*A*S*H (tv)

Hot Lips: "Frank, why didn't you file that report? It was the right thing to do."

Frank Burns: "How was I supposed to know what was the right thing to do?"

( ) an idiot?

you choose, but there is no 3rd option.

Really great show, I didn't even notice it was this long until I was almost late for a movie...

Edit: The mental pictures of Bunner going househunting in a wifebeater were hilarious/creepy

Full Tilt support WAS a joke but have no clue how anyone can claim that pokerstars support is good. They just reposted prewritten emails and if you have played at any other sites (like you should) then the difference becomes even clearer. Ohh yeah, last email I sent wasnt even answered.

Great news thou, have like 600$ in FPPs + medals so hope that we can something for that.

Thx for the show. Haven't been following poker news a long time. So it was very informative for me personally.

So happy I didn't bet on this happening. Would have lost more money than I ever had in FTP. Happy for everybody that gets their money back!

You should play 'How much you got' on the next shows but betting on the FTP balance

Re: PokerCast Episode 232 - PokerStars Settles with DOJ & Acquires Full Tilt Poker Assets

How Much Are You Getting!!??? I like that game!

is there a list or thread anywhere of rumored FTP balances? obv Blair Hinkle, and someone a few PCs back, [Alex Millar maybe?] had large balances. I'd be curious how many 6figure and even 7figure balances have been salvaged.

congrats to anyone who will be getting $$$ back, please don't lose your loathing for those who stole your money - what they did is reprehensible - and no passage of time will change that.

lol on the John Juanda tweet. I think Mike Matusow has been seen pushing the lobster cart, lunch shift, over at DeepStacks U

A couple of our other recent guests Matt Hawrilenko and Danielle Andersen both mentioned large balances.
