I work for T-Mobile USA. This is regarding the racner v. Mizzi thing. As far as retrieving texts that have been deleted, it can't be done. Only the time and phone number may be retrieved. Its a violation of privacy to house or store text content. Even if,say, the FBI wanted someones text content it cannot be retrieved. The information in the text is stored on the phone and phone only. Sorry if this has been addressed already. It just popped in for me to share my two cents. Thar being said if you have any cell phone or cell phone related questions ill be glad to answer or at least try to answer them.
