Just want to second Terrence's comments -- all the respect in the world for how Adam handles things in light of family health issues. Thinking of you guys, and wishing Karen a full and speedy recovery.

Hope your doing well Adam, best wishes to you and your family

People going Canada -> HK, snow dragons.

Buck up, Adam, we're rooting for you all.

Just so you know, the suits Trump is getting won't cause an impeachment -- they're civil cases and everyone knows about them already. And they don't relate to his conduct while in office. They'll be headline news for his opponents, but I think the chance of those causing an impeachment is very very small.

I think there's a much better chance of impeachment stemming from the fact that Trump doesn't have a deep understanding of the limits of presidential power, and he could easily foul something up badly that might be impeachable.

I second "snow dragon," that's solid.

So, what the **** were you guys talking about regarding the voicemail? I completely lost track of what was going on there.

Other than that great show! Keep up the strategy talk! (if you feel like it :P)

Sending positive vibes to Adam and his wife.

Adam,

A bit behind in my pokercast listening. Another sincere best wishes for Karen.

Hope the meds are able to do their thing and she's able to return to full health. Best wishes to you and the family as well.

Adam, one tip: it's "results-oriented" rather than "results-orientated." You've said this a few times.

Love the show, you guys are awesome, just being a word not here.

Like "head up" and "layover," this unique turn of phrase part of the Pokercast charm.

Orientated is unfortunately perfectly good english.

5 year listener, love the show. As a layman / 51 year old bipolar factory worker that works 60+ hours a week and gets to play 1 or 2 sessions a year gotta say the best line in the show was when coach shifftyy says a lot of listeners know nut / air scenarios vs. bluff catcher ranges. Way over my head but great stuff. Keep up the good fight.
Love, Peace and Bacon grease. Out.

ha, ya now that you point that out it's pretty funny.

Adam- best wishes to the family for sure.

Ross- Just wanted to explain the Draftkings "winning email" tweet you mentioned but didn't really understand. Basically, DK sends an email if you cash anything. So if you play $100 in tournament lineups, min cash one for $6 or whatever, you get the "You Won!" email, even if you actually lost $94.

Ah ok I assumed it was something like that thanks

I used to call him out on that every time. I gave up yet it is still tilting me.

He isn't doing it on purpose to be tilting/funny, if he was he would mention it once in awhile.

Orientate (and orientated) is an acceptable alternative to orient in British English (and quite likely, Canadian). Yes, technically a back-formation, and I'm sure bad in formal written English, but widely acceptable when spoken and, in my experience, much more common and more natural-sounding than 'orient'.

This is specifically more a British Columbia tick than the rest of Canada. Victoria's old brits to blame, I suspect.
