My final assessment after hearing the whole interview is that he sounds like a whiny teenager:

"Andy missed curfew, too. Why isn't he getting grounded?"

"Andy missed curfew by 5 minutes and called to say he would be late. You came home at 4am smelling of tequila and cheap perfume and didn't bother to let us know where you were."

"But if it's the same rule and he broke it too he should get the same penalty. You guys are so unfair. Waaaaaa!"
