Blimey Ross, you were right, that was a helluva PLO hand! I dont know much about PLO but seems to me like none of them shoulda been bloating the pot PF. maybe Adam and Terence could discuss next week?

Keep up the good work guys, been listening to the show for years - the post MJ transition has worked great and I really enjoy the input from TC and Ross. Adam you prolly wont remember me, I'm the guy who organised the 2+2 get-together in London, and put togehter that poker quiz - I used to be EsraC on here. Dont spend too much money fighting your speeding tickets, your drawing dead.

Sound quality with Doug was annoying.

You should ask him to recall or use other phone. I think the sound engineer should asked him to at least talk more directily to phone mic because didint understod a lot (was lack off high frequincies).

Anyway good show!

Obviously before, otherwise it's weighing bacon differently than every other meat. Yes, you could get technically tricky about the wording. Just an example though of why you can't do it that way is, two guys walk into Wendy's..One guy challenges the other guy to eat 4 half pound burgers. If the guy eats the burgers, he did not eat 2 pounds of meat. So basically, if it's weighed after, it could only be done at home. If you go out, whatever you order, they are going to cook that amount and you lose the water.

There are now spots in UK cities that are 20mph limit, and that is quite difficult to keep to - I dunno if it's because the cars aren't designed to be comfortable at that speed, or if it's just habit. That said, the way UK towns are laid out, I'm perfectly happy with low speed limits. Motorway limits maybe are too low, but even that's probably defensible given how congested they are.

Another fine episode y'all. Doug Polk is an interesting dude to listen to, and i have done a bit of railing him on Twitch V Claudster, so it is great to being privy to his cards and see just how it is done. I would like to see Doug as a Stars Pro, i feel he has all the attributes that Stars would be looking for, and let's face it,....he scrubbs up quite well, so he would be sweet for photos etc in Stars advertising. Keep up the fine 'cast guys, your show entertains people all over the world guys,...that's a GLOBAL audience and fan base, and that Terrance is having a fight is a welcome bonus to us all, go get him Terrence and best wishes for it.

1. My question about the fair use claims is do they stand up in the way you use clips in all the places your show is listened to.

(The following questions assume, but does not concede, that the above is true)

2. Do you purchase the music for public broadcast so that the artists are properly paid for their work? Or are you just taking it from purchases for private use, grabbing the audio from Youtube, last.fm, or other such streaming sites?

3. Why do you refuse to give attribution for the works that you use to create drops? What does it cost you to say a little thanks to those artists who's work you take advantage of for your for profit project?

lol. You don't understand what you are talking about, and the whining about it is getting old. It is kind of funny though, as I have spent a good amount of $ on music the pokercast introduced me to.

Great show. Really enjoyed the Russian guy. If you take the delta between expected quality of interview (rec player who is non-English speaker) and what he delivered, he could be greatest of all time. Loved his attitude.

If you need a place to point people who want to go pro, you might try the "Should I be a poker pro" thread in Beginners Questions. Several working pros have dropped by. Lots of "kid with a dream" new players have discussed their motivations and beliefs.

I've listened to every episode of the show and I agree with the others that Alexander interview was definitely top 1% of all interviews in pokercast history

One minor issue I have with episodes lately is the drops seem forced and not on cue IK Ross has a lot going on but there's a handful that are frequently used that I feel could be used a lot more seamlessly *Crtique for the week

Keep it up guys great job as usual. Suggestion to maybe get the bot creator(s) on an episode for next 2 weeks to get the slightly different perspective on the challenge

I enjoyed this episode, I like Doug Polk, enjoyed the interview with Alexander and I also liked hearing about Brian's time in the military.
