Ya, I def should have rr. Just sat down in ME, have 3rd nuts and old guy raising me. If he 4 bets me big I really don't want to think about folding because I am not really very good at it.

The fact that he's a nit really makes me want to get it in, because in order for him to beat you he had to be 3betting with A8 or A5. Nits don't do that, in my experience.
But I say this not to rattle or question you. You know I want you to crush it, and not just for selfish reasons. ^_^
