I am attempting to show how Anarcho Capitalism (private property, free market anarchism) can function.

I've started a thread in the politics forum, in which the posters live in a hypothetical ACist society. There is a fictional, hypothetical case where a man molested four children (which is based on the Sandusky case), and all of the posters must determine if the suspect is guilty, and if so, what sort of justice should be done. As it is an ACist world, all the posters in the thread are businessmen, all competing for business from the victims (and others ofc) and your goal is to provide the best proposed solution and make money off of it. As this is an anarchist society, there is no government, and no criminal justice system. The posters themselves must become the criminal justice system.
It helps to have a basic understanding of the core philosophy of Anaracho Capitalism:
The fundamental philosophy is that individuals own themselves and their property, and they have a right to their life and property, are free to do what they please as long as they respect others equal rights, and that it is immoral to initiate force against peaceful individuals who haven't initiated force against you or others immorally.
The fundamental argument is that people peacefully coming together to trade with each other is much better than a government forcing things upon them, and the former is moral and should be advocated, and the latter is immoral and should be abolished.
With this experiment, the more people that voluntarily participate, the better it will go. People shouldn't feel forced or obligated to participate or even read the thread, they should do so only because they believe they will benefit in some way from it. Perhaps intellectual stimulation. Maybe they just like arguing. Maybe they're out to disprove ACism. Whatever.
Here's a pretty good post to make sure you understand the concept of the thread.

and it's probably best to read the first ~150 posts because not all details are laid out in the OP. Sorry :/, but work in progress ...
Thought you guys might be interested in maybe discussing this if you guys still do the forum chat stuff imo. Just a little forum social experiment.
