Lost my first two (opposite of yours, MJ). Colorado was just awful to start the second half and couldn't recover.

I'm pretty sure I have opposite picks on the other two games you mentioned as well.

edit - 4/6 Syracuse hung on and Marquette prevailed. gogogo Vandy and New Mexico.

Vanderbilt and New Mexico through and I go to 6/8. Have Kentucky, Wichita State, Zags and Baylor in the next 4(all favorites). Baylor and Wichita State need to wake up. I have them in Sweet 16 and Elite 8 respectively.

Not looking good so far. Marquette at least looked solid and the points are bigger later, so I still have a shot.

meh day for me...my dog picks lost and didnt have the winning dogs; lost one rd 2 team (Wich ST) but had them going out next rd so thats not too bad all in all

Oh I heard a mention that Obama's bracket was tight today - I think its almost US law that he has to pick chalk...if he picks a dog then there is a Congressional inquiry if they win.....

Please believe that any success I might have with a bracket is like the success one of those school picking chickens. Other than March Madness, I watch like 2 college basketball games all year, then I throw darts (except picking the high seeds to make in through to the Sweet 16 at least).

The only real "research" I do is try to find the 4/13 and 5/12 upset(s) of the year. And since there's one or two ever year, I read ESPN to try to see which one is most likely and take that game. Which is why I had VCU yesterday, and why I have Belmont advancing today.

Actually I think I have Belmont as this year's shocker team, getting to either the Sweet 16 or the Elite 8 (16, IIRC). Why Belmont? Only the chicken knows.

Had my picks done in time but didn't finish the listening to the show until after the games started so couldn't join. The group locks at the time of the first game on Thursday which is less than 24 hours after the show can be downloaded.

Off to a horrible 0-3 start. WTF Aabama, Texas and Belmont. And looking at partials, I'm in for a horrible day. If Florida State loses to St. Bonaventure I'm done.

I had Missouri all the way to the final. I had Duke losing next round so that wasn't a huge blow.

It cracks me up how into it girls are this year. I have my girlfriend being like did you see what happened in the Marquette game? Or a random girl at work being like yeah I was going to pick Lehigh, Duke's offense depends too much on the three...I didn't even fill out a bracket!

Good news - Went 7-1 yesterday
Bad news - I can go, at best, 5-3 today
Variance - Lost 3 of my Sweet 16 yesterday (and one of my finalist), but I assume pretty much EVERYONE was hurt a little by the Mizzou/Duke losses.

Best I can do now is tie for first, two others have the exact same bracket as I do from here on out.

I'm shocked that I've done as well as I have. My west bracket is a wasteland.
