Wikipedia may be wrong but one of the genre listings for Breaking Bad is black comedy. It certainly has as many as Buffy which others have nominated.

I just realized that I don't really have any favorite tv comedy show.

Favorite would have been "Ein Herz und eine Seele". But nobody outside Germany knows it and it doesnt fit the 32yr criteria.
