Apparently, there is an app for that!

Not sure if this is the right place for it, but I saw someone tweet this.
So, I just went to the Apple App Store and downloaded the new 2+2 Forum application. Curious to see how it works.

I know this isn't ATF, but just how is the mobile app better than reading it on your phone's browser (what i do, when i'm in a pinch)?

How do you post with it? That seems pretty cryptic, but how do I make a post after viewing a thread? Can you quote people?

If using an iPad i still prefer viewing over the browser.

To post with it you need to log in to your account from the main page then when you're in the thread click the top right and there is a reply button

Not 100% on the iPhone but on the iPad it's one of the options when you click on the arrow on the top right

Yeah, prefer the browser on my iPad, but makes life easier on my iPhone. Haven't tried the mod features yet.

Looks pretty good. The only bug I've noticed so far is that the Jump To Page Number feature doesn't work.

Yeah, it's a pretty good start, found a few rough spots/bugs, but it is a nice addition to my iPhone.

The imge resizing on android is a bit frustrating.

Otherwise its pretty solid.

A home page for going directly to unread subscribed threads would be a nice feature, rather than favourites.

Pluses? Minuses? (I havent downloaded it yet, I just tried to put Skype on My phone and it mucked up My OS so I'm a little gunshy right now)

easier to read than reg browser? (android)

would the app use less data than using the regular browser? like enough savings to make a difference?

or is it really an ease of use thing to use the app?
