3bet pre? Or is calling pretty standard?
    02-03-2012 , 03:20 AM
Gotta call because you played it like a weirdo
    02-04-2012 , 11:34 AM
really don't think he expects you to fold.

c/r flop, check turn as played
    02-04-2012 , 11:58 AM
If you're not c/raising this flop then what flops do you c/r?
    02-04-2012 , 12:04 PM
not checkraising this flop either. not donking turn. probably donking river.
    02-04-2012 , 12:40 PM
turn donk is so weird in this spot...

what reasons do you have to raise this flop?

as for turn, seems a really good spot to donk for all the weirdness and misrep your hand imo

you have a set, opponent has an ace a decent amount of the time, ppl don't give c/r a ton of credit on T9tt boards

how come i'd much rather give credit to a c/r on AT9 twotone board, then on 679 twotone? Am I doing something really wrong?

don't really agree with this, AT9fd flop smashes a coldcall range
    02-04-2012 , 03:05 PM
fair enough, but basically what i meant is that on a board with a flush draw and two connected cards a lot of ppl aren't folding to a single check raise and are hoping for a blank turn
    02-04-2012 , 04:37 PM
don't like turn lead, i think it takes a lot of weak Ax out of your range.

if he has some weak Ax is he really going to double barrel here when another 2nd card comes? If he won't be willing to barrel there, maybe he won't give any more value anyways, if he's willing to barrel again, then probably he won't fold to a donk either. How does this sound?
    02-04-2012 , 05:05 PM
sounds wrong. i said it takes weak Ax out of hero's range, not villain's.
