Don't fold your boat

you think the percentage of the time he has 88/1010 outweighs the times he has aa/aj enough to make this an easy call?

i wanna get out of this thread

Since this is being played at bodog, I'd probably call with K2 in this spot.

I think threads like this are created just to boost your post count.

I wouldn't fold in this spot, i hope you didn't too = )
Maybe, a .001 percent chance i might fold to a complete nit who never never makes this move.

Last time I had this boat on this board my opponent had AA. Looks like AJ here, but I can't imagine anyone folds...if he shows JT and you split, it sure is a big relief, isn't it?
02-14-2009 , 06:58 PM
i'll join i here, gets me one step closer to my pooh bah about not foldling boats

You have $45 of an effective $119 stack invested, how the $%#@ are we going to fold?
02-14-2009 , 10:59 PM
I cant actually believe he had AA and played it soooooooooooo slow preflop, on flop, AND on turn. The board was soaking wet for a limped pot. But yea...i'm fist pumping on the end not ever even considering folding.
02-14-2009 , 11:10 PM
What, don't you guys know anything? The right way to play aces is always to limp & check/call until you have a high boat. Duh.
02-15-2009 , 02:02 AM
why did you check the turn?
