(ex. squeezing the fish out of the pots, I swear to god makes me want to murder players).

I thought most of your post was v good, and this is a trivial point but I always have to disagree w/ this. I used to think the same thing, but what usually ends up happening is you squeeze the reg out, the fish flats anyways, and you get heads-up w/ a fish in a bloated pot. It is annoying as the opener though obv.

However, there are plenty of regs at midstakes that have 15%+ EP open and some have significantly more. I do not see why we should not exploit that and 3b (somewhat) wide vs those villains. Also I think we are losing a lot of value by flatting the absolute top of our range vs any 10%+ EP range (and hardly any NL 200+ reg has less than 10%), but if we plan to 3b it, then we also need a 3b bluffing range

This was kind of my thought. Not that we necessarily need a huge bluffing range at NL100, but I still think even most bad regs notice how strong most ppl's range is when we 3b. I was just getting a ton of folds in these spots, so I thought: "hey...why not bluff here a little more often?"
