if you mean that AQ/AK/pairs are "bluffs," i disagree with using that term, they're just hands that often have less incentive to 4bet small because, when compared to say QQ+, they dominate less hands and benefit more from increased FE - which is why some would choose to 4bet shove them as opposed to 4bet small and then call it off.
