ppl, of course i respect him. but i like that you all agree now that we need some rules to add ppl.

Personally I think opening 12 tables in the lobby and denying the action is scummy. Many of you don't care.

I don't get this , isn't it better to have tables open at our stakes so fish don't decide to play 50nl, cap etc ?

Re: *** The Scum Reg Guide ***

if another reg wants to help you to start the table, give him action. If some1 doesn't want start table with reg, no problem, just sit out/leave and DON'T open new 24 tables. Do you want FR lobby will look like HU lobby?

Ok, I think there is a reason why a thread like this has some positive possibilities and why people should collect evidence, post it here and send it to stars. After having a long back and forth, you will see from their final reply that it looks like they will now be taking proactive steps vs grimmers.

is ridiculous.

Hello xxx,

Thank you for your patience. We have now completed our
investigation on 'Kak igrat'?'.

PokerStars considers efforts to deliberately avoid paying blinds
to be a breach of the rules that govern our services. I have
conducted a review of this situation, and, in looking at the
hands played by 'Kak igrat'?' recently, I found no evidence of
abuse.

Please understand that it may happen from time to time that
people will change their mind about playing at a table, and that
a player will not post a blind literally every time they sit at a
new table. In this case, given the player's history, it appears
to be an isolated, non-malicious incident and the player will be
given the benefit of the doubt that they had to leave the table
for a legitimate reason, such as a phone call.

While, on this occasion, we find that 'Kak igrat'?' has broken no
rules here, we do thank you for your vigilance - we're more than
happy to investigate such situations for you, to consider them in
detail, and take action when needed.

Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to
assist you.

Regards,

Pasquale

I mean, i didn't expect stars to want to send out warnings to players for doing stuff like this but it just takes one warning to reduce people from doing it as much in future (even if they've done it by mistake before). But to say this next bit

"Please understand that it may happen from time to time that

Is total nonsense. He did it i think 8 times in a row vs me alone. He infact always posts blind then sits out, leaves and starts a new table, rinses and repeats if any reg sits him. Is just annoying to get such an obtuse response such as "he may be answering his phone". But I suspect I won't be able to change your mind so will leave it at that. He is also part of the reason for the "name the scum bag regs" thread that was created on 2+2. I will just vent my frustrations there instead.

Hello xxx,

Thank you for your follow-up. Based on your email I did have the
case reviewed for a second opinion.

Upon this second review we did find information that suggests
this player has been breaking our rules as you have described.
This behavior is not acceptable.

Consequently, actions will be taken to ensure this player is
aware of our rules and that this sort of behavior is
unacceptable, before playing at our tables once more.

I expect that these actions will prevent the problem re-occurring.

Any player who has been caught breaking our rules will be
highlighted in our records. If their behavior is repeated, our
future reprimand will be much more severe.

I would like to apologise for any inconvenience our initial
review may have cause and thank you for taking the time to report
this. Please feel free to email us again to report any other
similar situations.

Thank you for choosing PokerStars.

Regards,

Pasquale

So yeah, lets make this a thread to document these type of actions and keep stars informed (grimming/sitting out and in, in time with fish). They appear to be listening. Whilst many do and many don't think the table starting thing is scummy, it should be left and our efforts concentrated on other clearer cases of douchebaggery.

good to see stars is taking action on this...

but how do you deliver evidence on someone that is grimming you 10 times, 10 screenshots?

difficult for the grimming, but they have access to the hh's anyway. i just pointed out when it happened, then asked them to check the number of btns vs bb's he plays when hu at ring games. I suspect that will give the clearest indication of whether people are grimming or not.

The sitting in and out part i reported another reg and sent 3 screen shots of him doing it in sync with the fish. Am hoping stars will look in to that as well (but suspect that is a far more difficult area for the management to act upon, since it must be pretty difficult to decipher for them their end from hh's alone).

Whoever suggested just listing the SNs of all Asian regs, I strongly agree, please do so.

Re: *** The Scum Reg Guide ***

i just noticed something while playing. at 100nl i remember playing with the reg xxx/7e4kuHxxx and had tons of hands on him. i saw him the other day at 50nl zoom, and wondered why i didn't have any stats on him. looked through my HEM db and saw that i was actually playing with another player at 50nl zoom, xxx7e4kuHxxx, minus the "/". they are both from russia and both have the same avatar of some ugly russian c**t with a dumb mullet.

thoughts? anyone else seen this?

I noticed that I had no hands on that guy yesteday and thought it was just cos I hadn't played him in a while (my HUD filters for 3 months or something). Just checked up though and it was the 2nd guy, without the "/". I've played about 600 hands over a few random days over the last few months with him. With the original I have thousands of hands. Not played with the original since March.

Seems to play a very similar style, but other than that I dunno if they're doing anything wrong, unless it's the same guy obv.

If I were going to create a new account on Stars, I'd def rip off somebody's name, but preferably someone with a totally different style.
