River check/raise bluff with top pair

Hey i'm trying to find river check raises spots. What do you think of this one ?
HH says 6 players but it was full ring with 2 players sitting out

Poker Stars, $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

    CO: $32 (32 bb)
    BTN: $207.27 (207.3 bb)
    SB: $131.37 (131.4 bb)
    BB: $100 (100 bb)
    Hero (UTG): $104.50 (104.5 bb)
    MP: $100 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K J
Hero raises to $3, MP calls $3, CO folds, BTN calls $3, SB calls $2.50, BB folds

    Flop: ($13) K 3 T (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $8.28, MP calls $8.28, 2 folds

    Turn: ($29.56) Q (2 players)
    Hero checks, MP checks

    River: ($29.56) 3 (2 players)
    Hero checks, MP bets $14
    Hero ???

Vilain is a standard average 16/14 TAG. Not much of a cold caller. When he flats UTG+1 I view his range as something like KK-88 and AK maybe KQs, QJs but I'm not even sure.

OTF I cbet mostly to get value from btn who's a fish but when the reg calls with 2 players left to act I'm thinking I'm beaten and down with the hand. I now think his range is like KK TT AK and maybe KQ QJ QQ

When he checks back the turn I think the only hand that remains in his range is AK and maybe QJ

When he bets river 14 into 28 he could as well turn over his hand. I think he has AK 95% of the time.
I still could have a tricky KK TT or even AJ, he definitely can't. There's a nitty dynamic between the 2 of us. I don't know if he thinks I capable of c/r bluffing rivers
So is this a good opportunity to c/r bluff ?

he has aces. shove prob works since he'll probably fold out of habit before he realizes your line is really sketchy

is trippling here really all that good? he has strong SDV which almost always has KJ beaten and why would he fold his lets say TPTK (as it's probably the worst hand he calls OTF with)?

sure...we turn equity, seems good to barrel, on the river, he has to have the tippy tippy top of his range to call, and he doesn't have a lot of that when he doesn't raise flop or turn. We, however, can be nutted 6 ways from sunday. Also, seems like we block a lot of the hands villain would have to have on the river to call a third barrel and the rest he most likely raises before the river.

Not sure I can get behind the triple barrelling idea on this runout. He will have KQ quite often and sets some % of the time that don't really need to raise flop & turn either given the action was 4way. Doubt he folds either. Think the only hand that we beat & we can get him off by barrelling is AK (which he should 3b quite a bit anyway).

In those positions, his KQ is suited, and there's only one combo of it. Just thought it was worthy to note this.

I Like the river play much more than TBL because I ont think the TBL creates enough FE in this spot enough of the time vs this player type. I also like it because villians bet sizing basically says "bet folding"

the only problem the line doesn't really make alot of sense given the turn action?
