I guess that's the point of it. Playing 5/10 is not just about knowing how to play. It's about being able tomato the correct plays when the $$$ are so different. You may know it's a bluff, but can you call an 80bb bet if you are down 3K on the day? The online buy ins are 100bb and players leave often when they have 225+ bb's. The 5/10 game can have three or more players sitting with 500bb+. It's more than just reading cards then, it pushing weak points--making bets hard to call because the comfort zone is gone. 200NL players experience this when they move up. IMO, the 5/10 player would easily beat the 200NL player live in the 5/10 game with better results at the same table. But interestingly, I believe the 200NL player would win the battle online. The margin of victory would be smaller, in bb's.
